He gave me 600cc after we both agreed it wouldn't look right

I received a breast augmentation on Friday March 2021 and it is now March 11th almost one full week of having my breast implants. I weigh 122 pounds , my height is 5'7 . During my pre-op appointment I did want to go big or go home . My doctor told me if I went with 600cc that I would look disproportional because I am skinny . I then agreed that I did not want that look for myself ! He said 350-400 cc would look great for me so I trusted his opinion and stated that I'll go as big as I can without looking disproportionately . I told him I'll bring in other pictures of how I would want my breast day of surgery . So day of surgery I seen I'm and stated " I looked up somebody my size and height with 600cc and it looks terrible .so we don't have to go with 600 cc . I trust you please just make them look great . 2 days after surgery I looked at my breast and started crying because they do look terrible and 2 big for my size . He gave me 600cc after we both agreed it wouldn't look right . I understand that they will drop and fluff and settle down . I have no clue what to . Here are pictures of me with the 600cc sizers , before I got the breast and after and wish pics I'm really hurt because I feel betrayed

How is the pain so far?

The pain from March 5th to March 10th i will be honest terrible. So the first 5 days are the worst . Today the 6th day has been okay if I don't wanna take my pain medication I don't have to but I still do just because under my left under arm their is still discomfort. Also when I wake up which is in the middle of the night around 4am I'm in pain so I take my medicine or a extra strength Tylenol each day I can see that I can teach my hands a lil higher . Still a lot of soreness but no unbearable pain . I don't really have a lot of muscle spasms . It is a lil weird walking because I feel unbalanced because their so new

Girl, you have swelling going on right now. I was the same way!! You feel weird cuz it is new! But you will get accustomed to them. Some days I thought I was lob sided! And no , it was swelling. Lol Did the doctor tell you to massage them?

No he didn't tell me to massage them but I do it anyway lol and right I gotta get used to them . Because I went from nipples to Dolly Parton LOL

Just remember no heavy lifting. No matter if it doesn't hurt. Usually surgeons make the decision at the last moment because the outcome would be different. If he didn't make that choice. He would've been able to give you what you wanted. Based on your wish pics , he gave you what you wanted without exaggerating.

1st week post-op
I got my boobs done last Friday ! I truly hated them because I thought they were to big for my size but you guys comments and my family support as been telling me they are fabulous which is making me feel better . I took the sports bra off just so you guys can see what they look like with a sexier shirt on . I got these done because I've always been insecure about them . I'm 20 years old and never plan on having kids and didn't wanna be shaped so flat all my life . The pain is 4/10 on the 7th day . I'm ready for them to start dropping and fluffing . The left boob is higher than the right one . I do massage them and place ice packs on them daily . Any questions , comments or concerns feel free to ask or leave . I will give regular updates . You look awesome! I think you will be thrilled with your final results. I found there was so much emotion post surgery however you will settle into them a little more each day. The worst part is waiting for the drop and fluff...excited to watch your progress! Bring on summer and cute tops. Happy healing!

Damn girl!! You look incredible, and I don't think your implants are too big!! They look completely proportionate to your body frame. I'm 5'7", 125lbs, currently a 32B, and have my surgery scheduled for 3/30. I am looking at 445cc moderate or 485cc full profile. I hope mine turn out as great as yours!!! Please keep posting updates! I can't wait to see how yours drop and fluff!

I think he did give me a great size even though he said it would look inappropriate he probably was shocked when we got into surgery. Awe thank you , I hope yours turn out great .
