I am now 3 weeks op. My stitches on my right are still splitting and more are starting to show. Its not really bothering me yet but i might have to get them cut too. Here are some pics from today. And a pic with the strap.

So today i had to go see my ps because i had "splitting stitches" my body started to push them out. There was one stitch in particular that was bothering the hell out of me, it would snag on my bra so i went braless for the weekend (still wore my breast strap) i called my ps over the weekend and he said i could come in first thing mon morning. He said everything is still looking great, im not too happy about the way the stitches are healing though and my incisions look really bulgy... especially my right one which had a piece of the stitch poking out. It got cut today.. finally. here are my ugly incision pics you guys!

So i went to my 2 weeks post op appointment and my ps said everything looks great and i do not have mondors cord! He explaind to me that what im seeing, is a peice of my tissue poking out when i reach up because one of my sutures is attached to the tissue or something like that... Lol. He explained it alot better than i did.... But basically it will go away on its own. I had an infection in my nipple piercing holes. Which i have been taking antibiots for and it is clearing up.. So far so good! My ps gave me a strap to start wearing around my breasts to help the left one drop with the right one. At first the strap was very uncomfortable and i asked my doc for another round of muscle relaxers. Those helped with the muscle spasms and the pain from all the pressure, constant pushing down and smushing them together (from the strap). I am cleared to wear a regular supportive sports bra. No wire of course but, for some reason i cant find a comfortable sports bra... So i am still wearing my marena post surgery bra. Which is very comfy to me and it gives me the support i need. If anything, im worried about too much compression..... Not sure if that will affect my droppage or not. Im wondering if the strap is really going to work or not?? Ive read posts where it just causes alot of discomfort and alot of other ps dont recommend the breast strap. However, my ps seems to be very confident on this method so i trust my ps and im following his instructions to the T... I am still sleeping straight up until a month post surgery... Which will be april 8 for me.. Also, i have to wait until i am 6 weeks po to start working out again... I have walking though.. Because ive been eating bad and i feel like a [RS bleep].. Lol
