I’m 1 week post op today. Feeling really good. I have to say my process has been amazing. Tomorrow is my post op appointment. I’m ready to see my surgeon to see what he says.
This experience has been great. Even after surgery I felt amazing. I never took any pain medication besides Tylenol. It’s been wonderful. I couldn’t have asked for better.

Bra shopping is going to be fun!! Looking forward to buying bralettes, have you started massaging or does your PS request that? I start massaging today after my post-op appointment.

Congratulations on your BA! I've been following your journey pretty much from the beginning. How has your recovery been so far with your kids? Have you been hands on with them at all? Anything you recommend to have after surgery that wasn't included in your list?

Thank you! Honestly my experience was amazing. I didn’t have to take any medication after surgery at all besides Tylenol. I think I used everything on my list besides stool softeners since I didn’t take my medicine I wasn’t constipated. So I didn’t need them. After surgery for like 4/5 days I didn’t hold/change or really do anything to strain my muscles. My dad and step mom came and helped me with my children. But after that I could pretty much do it all and have been since then I feel fine. My husband helps a lot too. But when he’s at work I do it and it’s not bad. I feel completely fine. I do laundry now, cook clean, everything now I’m two week post op. Feel like I haven’t even had surgery. I’m able to massage them now and put scar cream on. Hope this helps and answers your questions.

Also I didn’t use Non stick pads, or Compression stockings (my plastic surgeon did not tell me I needed these or provide them) he told me to not sleep all day and to get up every hr for 30 mins walk around stay active. I also didn’t use Arnika or Bromelin

That all helps so much! Thank you. What kind of silicone implants did you get? And did you go under the muscle? I have my pre op appointment this afternoon and I'm scheduled for the 22nd. I figured if I could handle a c section without getting to rest too much after I can handle this haha. We'll see! I want to try not taking the strong pain meds either and staying more active. Sounds like it made a huge difference for you! Glad everything has gone so smooth.

How did you feel about doing this when covid restrictions are still in place? Were you able to have your husband go in with you and be there when you woke up? Apparently I have to be dropped off and picked up. Husband can't come in. :(

Honestly I was nervous about it at first because my husband couldn’t come in at all he had to wait in the car the whole time they wouldn’t even let him go home. But when I go in the surgical center they was so nice made me feel great. When I woke up everyone was so nice and like I said I had a great experience.

Well my surgery was yesterday. Such an amazing experience. I surprisingly wasn’t nervous at all. My plastic surgeon and staff was amazing make me feel so comfortable. I was so nervous about anesthesia. But definitely nothing to be worried about. He was able to fit 415cc. Said it would make me a small D. I can’t wait to see the results! I’m in love already.

How exciting!! My surgery is the 28th. What size did you decide on? I’m 5’8 157 and my dr is recommending 525cc’s which seem too big. Trying to find people on here that already have that size.

My surgeon is recommending 415cc which I thought was small but I don’t have much breast tissue so this is probably why.
