590cc uhp 5’7” 135lbs 34b to 32ddd.

I love how soft they are. My husband is starting to get the greed too now. They are nice when I am a little heavy, but when I lose weight they are too small for our tastes. My husband loves that he either gets a skinny wife OR a little thicker with bigger boobs. He’s happy either way but I wish I had gone 800cc so I could be skinny and have the bigger boob size.

Because of my job I didn’t want to have a drastic change or at least not a chest I couldn’t downplay a little bit. My options were to A. Get a very full 34dd with a 500cc minimum and I would try to minimize them keeping my surgery a secret as much as possible and show them when not at work or with my husband....OR option B if I got 700cc or higher I could wear whatever I want and show them off at work or wherever and just admit to getting them done. The extra size would make up for the privacy and secret upgrade. My husband would be happy with either as he came up with the options for me so I was on my own from here. I will tell later down why I chose option A without a fair consideration of option b.

In the final consult (we had done much over email)I told pousti I would like to end up with a DD breast size. My husband added “a very full dd” lol. I ended up being a 32ddd or 34dd according to victoria secret. So exactly what I wanted. As I said I wish I would have been shown the 700cc sizer my husband asked to see. They had one girl in the office that didnt fit with daisy and the others as far as bedside manner. I didn’t get her name but she laughed at my husbands request to see the 700sizer and repeated it to the other girl in the room as if to call it out as a ridiculous size. She commented that “700 would be way too big”.

I got 590cc, half a cup smaller than she laughed at so 700 is obviously not a ridiculous notion and they are ultra high profile and he wanted to see 700 moderate plus or regular hp. She has NO CLUE what size I am or anyone else is going for or what my husband likes! The nerve of her to say this still gets under my skin two years later because it made me nervous. My husband and I agreed that 500cc was the minimum I would be able to get and with my slightly sunken chest, big butt and skin I can go huge while still being able to hide them if necessary and was willing to try some very large sizers. We actually want to go back to get 800cc put in! So she was saying how ridiculous 700 would be and now I am going back for a size larger than that. In fact 800 is the SMALLEST my husband will consider going back for. Reason being it is just too expensive to get any less than one cup size increase. He is considering some of the results as high as 1050cc although he prefers silicone and has me convinced as well and those stop at 800cc to my understanding. My current implants feel so soft I honestly forget they’re not natural. They are not heavy at all and just balance me out so well I actually am able to not be as thin and still look nice. And the bigger I get my breasts grow so my husband is distracted from my weight gain!! Win win! Hahaha.

I am thrilled with my result but I am super excited to get my next ones.

I logged a formal complaint to dr pousti and the office manager about the unknown name girl. Hopefully they worked with her on this. But please don’t get me wrong. We absolutely loved our experience there and all the staff members, nurses and helpers. One wisecrack by one person doesn’t outweigh all of that. Dr pousti himself was a joy to meet. Very patient and a good listener. Made me feel comfortable and confident and took the time to understand our goals for my breasts. We are VERY particular people and are a little hard to please sometimes. My husband was completely prepared to leave if he was not completely comfortable with the whole thing and said he would not mind the airfare and hotel if I was in anyway scared. I felt no pressure and my husband was such a GREAT help and comfort. Recovery in the hotel was so much fun with my hubby taking care of me. But men....be prepared. You will have to wait on your wife or girlfriend hand and foot and cater to her every need. First couple days are rough. But I’m a wimp. Overall it was one of my favorite vacations ever and I’ve never been pampered so much in my life as during and after my implants. My husband still puts lotion on me daily and happily does my breast massage every day. Truly my only regret is not going 800 for my husband but he is super happy with his decision to choose Pousti and I am most happy hubs put the 500cc minimum stipulation because my girlfriends with implants were telling me to go 3-350 and one said 275. I didn’t do the research on sizes until after I got the 590uhp put in but I found I DO NOT like the result of smaller implants. They always say “to look natural” but to me the little ones look round and UNnatural. 500 SOUNDED high but I don’t know what a cc is so I’m not sure what made me think that. Lol.

I love that I get so much more respect with my large breasts. In swimsuits I feel pretty again and my husband loves them. Overall it’s the best thing I’ve ever done in my life. I am so thankful for dr pousti and my husband.

I have always wanted boobs that balance out my big behind. I got them but not until age 32. Dr Pousti is the best artist and surgeon in the world. My husband chose him after researching for me over the course of 7 years. He was very nice and comforting and even held my hand in the OR because my husband wasn’t allowed back there and I was a little scared. We brought in goal pictures and pictures of what we did NOT want my boobs to look like. He nailed it. I wish I had gone a full cup size larger and more width etc. However, one of my concerns was looking obviously enhanced. I work in a school and do not want the hassle of explaining too much. There is a large difference but it is easy to hide when I want to. I still have a few touchup items I’d like to get done but this outstanding experience has got me 99% happy with my body overall. My husband is extremely picky too and he is completely happy as well. I highly recommend dr pousti.
