3 Months Post-Op

Quick recap of stats:
Height: 5’8”
Weight: 127lbs
BWD: 13
Implant: 485cc SSF (Smooth Round, Soft Touch, Full); unders; inframammary incision.
43-year-old mama of two breastfed babies.
3 Months Post-Op and I must say, it's been a journey getting here. I do feel they are a part of me and they don't look or feel foreign anymore. They feel more supple and no pain/soreness for quite a while now. I've been back to the gym and the only thing I will say is that chest exercises will never feel the same way again - but if I'm being honest, I do mostly glutes and abs anyways :P
To all of those that are at the beginning of their journey, be patient. It does take some time. Until my next update!

1MPO

Made it to my 1-month mark! As expected, not much has changed since last update just a tiny little bit of D&F and squishiness and little less soreness, mostly on the nipple area and both incisions. While massaging, I could push my breasts together, albeit not that much but an improvement nonetheless. Breasts still feel and look fake. 6MPO can't come any sooner!
I've uploaded comparison photos from 1DPO, 2WPO, and wearing a bra before and 1MPO. Hopefully, these would help someone in the future - when they're trying to see if it's just them or the whole process is as slow as molasses in January! On a good note, I could sleep on my back with just 1 pillow without any issues. Not feeling the need to be sleeping upright anymore.
The development from surgery day to the final result is such a pain in the ass! More because of the slow improvement than the surgery itself. The surgery was a cake walk compared to waiting and praying that you will eventually love the final outcome. That being said, the implants still feel a little bit foreign to me and definitely looks foreign on my body, in my opinion. Again, it's the whole freakin' process! That's about it for now until the next update. Happy journey everyone.
