Quick recap of stats:
Height: 5’8”
Weight: 127lbs
BWD: 13
Implant: 485cc SSF (Smooth Round, Soft Touch, Full); unders; inframammary incision.
43-year-old mama of two breastfed babies.
3 Months Post-Op and I must say, it's been a journey getting here. I do feel they are a part of me and they don't look or feel foreign anymore. They feel more supple and no pain/soreness for quite a while now. I've been back to the gym and the only thing I will say is that chest exercises will never feel the same way again - but if I'm being honest, I do mostly glutes and abs anyways :P
To all of those that are at the beginning of their journey, be patient. It does take some time. Until my next update!

i’m built very similar to you.. thinking about going up from 325CC to 455-470... you look gorgeous and perfect for your frame... hope my revision looks as good!

Thanks! I was a bit uneasy when my PS recommended 485cc on me but I’m glad I listened. I’m happy with how they’ve turned out (took a long time though - all psychological stuff I had to muck through) I hope your revision brings the same satisfaction in far less time!

WOW! Your boobs look absolutely amazing! I’m hoping my results will look as great as yours! I just had my surgery 3 days ago and it’s been such a process lately (the nausea has been especially bad) and I’ve been so impatient! I just want them to drop and fluff already LOL

Lol. It took me a loooooong time to get used to these new babies. Hopefully, you’ll get there a lot sooner than I did.

Amazing results, gives me hope. Congratulations on your results:)

Thank you. My journey was a very long one compared to most of the reviews I’ve read but that has nothing to do with my PS work. It was all in my head. The struggle to see and feel my breasts as a part of me was tough and yet here I am, happy as a clam. I hope you get to where you need to be sooner than I have. Happy journey!

Could you post an update (pictures)? I just had 485 ssf put in a few days ago and have similar stats to yours. Wondering how yours ended up looking! Thank you!!

1MPO

NoTItsMcGee
Made it to my 1-month mark! As expected, not much has changed since last update just a tiny little bit of D&F and squishiness and little less soreness, mostly on the nipple area and both incisions. While massaging, I could push my breasts together, albeit not that much but an improvement nonetheless. Breasts still feel and look fake. 6MPO can't come any sooner!
I've uploaded comparison photos from 1DPO, 2WPO, and wearing a bra before and 1MPO. Hopefully, these would help someone in the future - when they're trying to see if it's just them or the whole process is as slow as molasses in January! On a good note, I could sleep on my back with just 1 pillow without any issues. Not feeling the need to be sleeping upright anymore.
The development from surgery day to the final result is such a pain in the ass! More because of the slow improvement than the surgery itself. The surgery was a cake walk compared to waiting and praying that you will eventually love the final outcome. That being said, the implants still feel a little bit foreign to me and definitely looks foreign on my body, in my opinion. Again, it's the whole freakin' process! That's about it for now until the next update. Happy journey everyone.

Your incisions look really good!! My glue looking strip is still hanging on. I'm assuming mine is just supposed to come off on its own? I dunno, I had my 1MO PO checkup this past Monday. I'm sorry to hear yours are still feeling so foreign to you. Maybe with the massages they will become softer & work their way where you like them faster? You still look great though ;)

My incision has the stitches that come off all on their own. If you look closer, you’ll probably still see the knot at the end of the incisions. Although, I do agree, my incisions do look clean (thanks doc!) and I massage the scar cream nightly and put silicone gel strips daily. The implants is something that I still need to get used to - both seeing them and feeling them. I know I am still quite a ways away from the full result but at this point, they are not where I’d want them to be. I’m inpatient, there lies my problem! They feel softer than last week but not soft enough. It isn’t progressing fast enough to satiate my need of great looking and feeling breasts; however, I truly do thank you for such kind words, they’re always nice to hear.

If you didn't have much breast tissue to begin with maybe that's why they feel so foreign? I had a good bit before so mine are already bouncing a bit when I walk with a heavy foot. I think my incisions look bad right now only because the feel strip thing he put on right after surgery had never been cleaned so maybe it will look good once this thing falls off.

Yup, not much to work with in the beginning. Thing is, as much as I’ve read through reviews and searching online, I am well aware of the process and how different everyone’s journey is specially on a day to day basis. As far as incisions, I cannot give you my 2¢ as I didn’t get the glue(?) on top. Not sure how that looks or feels. I do feel some knots inside the incisions though but with constant massage and time, this should go away. Again with time and patience! Hah!

You got this!! Have faith that your girls will be everything you wanted plus more once they truly get to settling. You've come a long way even in this short span of time & it only gets better moving forward. I'm gonna post soon how my Dr asked me to do my massage that's actually nothing like any others I've read about. He says it's to expand the existing scar capsule area (of I recall correctly the words he used) so that it holds the current shape, then at my 2 month checkup he's going to steer me towards wearing underwire bras. I know being patient sucks for this all but you can't rush perfection!

I like what you’re saying and I do know that patience is key. The best thing I’ve read on this whole site is what you said at the end, you can’t rush perfection! Ain’t that the truth!

It's a fact you look completely different already comparing day 1 to your most recent pics. Just keep doing what you're doing & go by what your Dr recommends for daily life so that your results are what you asked for come the end result. Never push the limits if u know you're about to test them. Use the girl card when you can, hard for me to do that bc I'm single & I do too much guy stuff but I'm trying my best to be easy on my upper half until at least 6mo to a year. I would think that's when anyone can go balls to the wall lol!!

Oh man I remember when I couldn’t push them together and I was worried they would look so stiff forever. Even though I still loved them even then because going from nothing to something is exhilarating! But fast forward and they are so soft and natural looking. I can boost them up and make them look huge or go braless and they look smaller and more natural. Anyway I’m so excited for you!!! Everything looks fantastic so far including an amazing scar! Some are so bad so I’m glad you got a subtle one!
