Big day is tomorrow! I am getting nervous and obsessively looking on here to be sure of my size.
I’ve had some stress and illness so I have gained a little weight and for the first time ever, it went to my boobs. They are still not even a B cup though but it makes me waver between 350 and 375. Everyone says bigger though, so I think I’ll stick to my origin 375, considering I’ll hopefully lose those extra couple pounds after I heal!

5'7", 143 Lbs, Muscular/athletic Looking for Implants, 34A to 34D(hopefully)
I have always been itty bitty up top with a strong leg base. After hitting a lot of fitness goals in 2018 (humble brag: bodyweight bench press, set of 10 pull ups, PR on squat and deadlift), my boobs got even smaller!
Initially, I only wanted a boob job if I could go over the muscle so that I would still be able to lift chest, but after 3 consults, that isn't a good option for me.
But after seeing projected results, I still want boobs!
I consulted with 2 surgeons in my area and 1 in Phoenix, and I have decided to go with Dr. Taki. Mentor Smooth round 375CC, either moderate or high profile (he will decide during surgery what looks best on me). I am looking for a good date to schedule now!
