Nerves are kicking in as I am three weeks away from my BA. It has taken me nine and a half years to decide to go through with this procedure - going back and forth every few months. I am a mother of two, in my mid 40's and, unlike the women in my family, was naturally blessed with C cup breasts. However, after breastfeeding and aging began its process I started having an issue with fitting into bras, tops that I used to. I missed having the fullness that I used to. The women (all of them) in my immediate family have BA's so I have a lot of information and support on my end. I am worried and concerned about the way they will feel once inside my body as well as the affect they will or might have on my health. I decided to go with the saline implant, Ideal implant to be specific. I feel confident about the choice and I have done a ton of research on this. I'll keep everyone posted as I get closer and as I go through this experience.

I am now 14 days away from my BA. I go back and forth on how large I should go. I am naturally a 32c (deflated c). Will 300cc increase my cup size to a D or will I get into double d territory? I’m worried about being too big as I’m 5’2” and about 120lb. Any feedback would be awesome.

Went back to work today - desk job so it’s pretty easy. Just the chest tightness and sore back were an issue. I’m off pain meds and have been taking Tylenol instead. Recovery the first couple days was hard. Could not push or pull, twist anything so I had to have help with that.
Definitely more mobile today. Can’t wait for them to soften and loosen up. Kind of feel like a football player with pads on.

Thank you for starting your journey. Best of luck on your preparation.
