All is well! I can't wait to get back to Barre Class...…...I am walking in the park every morning as usual, but really miss strength training. I am settling into my new, smaller breast size. I am using arnica cream and vitamin E oil on my incisions and breasts. I am wearing the hospital bra as well.

The hardest part (so far) of the surgery was getting the anesthesia out of my body. I am taking no meds (I never do) and the pain is likened to a workout. I drove myself to Kroger 2 days after surgery. I was a G-H cup and I went to a C-D. I had the tubes taken out the day after surgery. I have been working and running errands myself since 4 days after surgery. I have had a tummy tuck in the past (2004) and I did not take meds for that either. It feels kind of weird to be this much smaller. I still have tape on my incisions and I am a little concerned with the shape so far (as there seems to be some "side boob," but I am seeing Dr. Miller today for a follow up and will ask him about that.

!st Day Pot Op and Feeling Great
I just had surgery yesterday at 8:30 am. I woke up in recovery with no pain. I am home with no pain. I got the drain tubes out this morning and the cast-like bandage removed. I have a hospital bra on and it is comfy. The hospital size is a 36 C/D. I am cooking and enjoying my Saturday. I have heard that this is one of the easiest surgeries to recover from.

Where did you hear that? I guess we all heal differently after major surgery. I’m happy it’s been so easy for you.
The nurses at the hospital and the staff at my surgeon's office told me that as well as my best friend who had hers done in 2004. Thank you!
My recovery has gone well and so happy I did it! I think I’ll look into a barre class or yoga I’m sure that would help my mood swings (an unexpected side effect for me) thankyou for your feedback.
