It’s been a year and I am still very much in love with my 32DDD breasts! I had inverted nipples my whole life and after the surgery it seemed to correct it! Which is great, I know as more time passes my nipples will most likely go back to how they were but they are still out!
Incisions: healing nicely, one side more than the other (one side is still a bit raised towards the tail end) I am still using strips a few days a week to lighten up the scars. I did not like maderna gel.
Sensations: still very minimal nipple sensation, I will have to ask my surgeon if that is normal (I think it is) given the size of my implants.
Under my breasts have very minimal sensation as well.
Feeling: I can sleep very comfortably on my sides but it is Uncomfortable sleeping on my chest (obviously) —spa massages are no longer relaxing if I’m on my chest!
Speaking of massages, I still massage them 1-2x a day for about 10 seconds. They are soft to me but my husband says they feel soft up top but firmer underneath.
No longer taking medications.

Update!!
I haven’t updated in awhile. I still love my boobies and glad I went with the size I did! (565cc = 32DDD)
Still no sensation under my breasts and nipples.
Scars are healing but not as light as I’d like them to be.
Just switched to maderma advanced.
Getting softer! Still massaging 2x a day and no longer taking my vitamin E.

Looks beautiful! What did your surgeon say about nipple sensation, does it eventually return? I’m 3 months post op and no sensation in my left nipple. In the first 3 weeks it was hyper sensitive so I’m it’ll come nack.
