5'3", 130 lbs 405cc SRM Silicone with fat transfer.

Hi, RealSelf Crew.
I'm down to 2 days until BA surgery.
Very nervous about the surgery but joining this community has helped with much of the non-clinical aspects of undergoing a cosmetic procedure.
As I stated above, I'm about 5'3", 130 lbs.
I'm having a BA with fat transfer to help build up more of a natural cleavage. So, they will put in the 405cc implants and then take fat from my "love handles" and add it to the breasts for a more natural look.
I'm very athletic and work out about 5 days/week, run, do triathlons, etc.
My biggest concerns are maintaining my overall health and activity level.
Surgery is Friday - keep me in your thoughts and prayers. I'm getting nervous!

Everything went very well.
Successful at placing the 405 cc silicone implants under the muscle with fat transfer. My surgeon ended up taking 75cc's from 4 different sites to build cleavage around the implants and for a more natural looking result.
Sore today but very happy with results thus far.

Breasts are still tight but overall feeling much better this morning. Im so bloated - I'm hoping the colase kicks in today.
The fat grafting is amazing. The sites that he took the fat from are sore but love the results.
