9 weeks post op

Finally softening and my right breast is cooperating, I am so relieved. I am happy with my choice in size. People think I lost a ton of weight or have been working out, guess proportions are really important.

5 weeks post op

So, my left breast if dropping quite nicely it was from the beginning. I am not sure what contributes to this so I have only trying to massage my right breast more to help it drop to match. I am getting a little nervous it will be stuck like this, but I have read it is normal. Not a huge difference but I can tell. Other than that the scar is almost invisible and there is not pain. I have even started working out again. I still cannot do push-ups or chest workouts.

Day 13

Yesterday was my first day without any medication at all and no pain even went hiking. I still have to sleep elevated, I tried laying down flat, but I have difficulty breathing and my heart rate tends to go up (anxiety). I still feel tightness and some random sharp pains around the incision (areolas) other than that just massaging them to feel better. The bottom is still tender and I feel a slight groove where the implant is hoping it is just how all implants are and not a double bubble. I doubt it, but I tend to over worry. I'll keep you posted.
