I had a great experience with Dr.Alavi's office. The office itself is beautiful and calming and the staff was very kind and felt like family. After my consultation I felt nervous and slept on my decision on size and decided to go smaller and Sylvia was able to help me adjust my choice without making me feel bad. Then before my surgery Carol Man walked me through all my steps and tips and the staff even had a cozy blanket on the seat for me while I waited for my "Margarita" (Carol's name for the anesthesia). I honestly just remember laughing at the joke and waking up with boobs! Dr. Alavi was also very helpful in helping decide the right size and incision location for me. As for recovery, I was pretty sore and needy the first two days, a bit slow the following two and just uncomfortable the fifth day. If you take their medications and arnica pills as prescribed I just felt pain and sore like you do after a long hard day of chest day at the gym. Anywho, that is my experience and I am glad I went through with it.

Day 13
EllievgJuly 13, 2020
Yesterday was my first day without any medication at all and no pain even went hiking. I still have to sleep elevated, I tried laying down flat, but I have difficulty breathing and my heart rate tends to go up (anxiety). I still feel tightness and some random sharp pains around the incision (areolas) other than that just massaging them to feel better. The bottom is still tender and I feel a slight groove where the implant is hoping it is just how all implants are and not a double bubble. I doubt it, but I tend to over worry. I'll keep you posted.

Thank you, yes I tattooed them to be a few shades darker and redder than my natural color ( personal preference). Didn't hurt much healed in two weeks about $150 2 hrs.

So, my left breast if dropping quite nicely it was from the beginning. I am not sure what contributes to this so I have only trying to massage my right breast more to help it drop to match. I am getting a little nervous it will be stuck like this, but I have read it is normal. Not a huge difference but I can tell. Other than that the scar is almost invisible and there is not pain. I have even started working out again. I still cannot do push-ups or chest workouts.

Thanks for the update! Im sure your breast will begin dropping soon, it seems with the larger implants it just take a little longer.
