WORTH IT
I can not even begin to describe how happy I am with choosing Dr. Roughton, with Davis & Pyle Plastic Surgery! The entire staff was so welcoming and kind. Dr. Roughton was so down to earth, and I felt like I could trust her as my surgeon immediately. Jenny stayed with me during my pre-op and was so kind and calming! So many laughs and lighthearted conversations during my consultation and pre-op, they could not have done a better job at easing any nerves I may have had. Both Dr. Roughton and Jenny not only gave me their cell phone numbers after the surgery, but individually called and texted me that night to make sure I was doing okay! If you have a chance to go with them, do it! I was an out of town patient ($500 travelers Bustmob discount y'all! ) and we did a Skype consult, but we were undecided about size until the day before! I went in for my pre-op the day before my surgery, on Wednesday, 11/20, and we used the Vectra Imaging machine to decide on 435 CC Sientra 106 implants, under the muscle. My before pictures are post-pregnancy, I was a deflated 34B (probably an A, who am I kidding. I couldn't even fill out my B bra on a good day if I tried). I am 5'2 112 pounds for reference. The best advice is that if you are between 50 CCs for sizing, always go with the larger size! 50 CCs are only a few mm difference, and it is definitely more of a mental thing. I struggled the entire night before with debating if I was going too big, but ultimately decided to stop stressing and just go for it! The coobie bra they supplied me was actually super cute and comfortable, and I will probably wear it all the time. I did buy a set of four zip up sports bras off of amazon for $28 that will do the trick when it's actually time to wash your post-surgical bra. The first set of post-op pictures are from a few hours after my surgery, and the last set of post-op pictures are my 7 day pictures with boobs! I have wanted my breasts done for 10 years now. Turning 30 years old really made me decide it is now or never. I am so happy I took the plunge. I'm even happier I spent over a year researching plastic surgery centers and landing on Dr. Roughton, Jenny Eden, and the entire staff at Davis and Pyle, I could not have asked for more from this entire experience.

Just wanted to update with pictures! Some days I still feel like I went too big but I have zero regrets and would do it all over again!
