Hi, I was wondering if the cost of $8,200 includes the surgery facility and anesthesia or is it just the surgeon fee. If so, how much was the surgery center and anesthesia? Thank you.

That was the whole cost. Surgeons fee was around 5200, 800 for anesthesia, the rest was surgery center
