ORIGINAL POST
Breast Augmentation 518 Months After Lift. 425cc Round Under Muscle.
WORTH IT
I had a Breast Lift with Dr Lim Aug 2017 and contemplated having implants then, but decided I’d wait and see how they were without them first. The lift was a success and at the time I was happy with my decision. Fast forward to 2019 and having lost 7kgs my
boobs were still good but very small. I wanted upper pole fullness so I was always wearing very padded push up bras. I made an appt to see Dr Lim and I went in knowing I wanted big (Im 50 and finished with pregnancy/breast feeding) round and under muscle. After discussing my body shape and trying on sizers etc, we agreed on 425cc motives round under muscle going in through my scar from the lift. I booked in that day.
The surgery was easy but I won’t lie the first few days were painful. (I had virtually no pain when I had the lift as there is no muscle involved) The pressure on your chest feels very constricting , can’t lift arms and sleeping upright is not comfortable. I also had a lot of stomach bloat. Everyday it gets easier though and I would say I felt completely back to normal after 4 weeks.
My breasts were very hard first 2 weeks and they felt like they didn’t belong to me and I did doubt my decision once or twice but it’s 7 weeks on and they now feel very soft, natural and just like my own boobs and I love them! I’m so happy I went ahead with the surgery.
I cannot recommend Dr Lim and his team (especially Cat) highly enough. They are so warm, professional, patient (I had a lot of questions pre and post) and helpful. This is my 3rd experience with Dr Lim (he operated on my sons broken nose as well) and he is an amazingly talented surgeon.
Please feel free to ask me any questions. I know I found this page helpful before and after my surgery.
(I’ve included photos because I know when I was researching I found them helpful too)

I had my breast lift with under muscle 335cc anatomical implants yesterday. Still in a lot of pain. How long did the pain last for you?
Hi! It’s been 16 months now but I remember it was a good 4 weeks before I felt “normal“. The first few weeks were pretty tough! Sorry! But everyday you will feel a little better. I remember feeling surprised about the pain.. no one had ever told me that before my surgery. It’s all worth it though. I’m so glad I did it and would do it all again in a heartbeat. Just take your pain meds and take it easy. Good luck!

Great results! Thanks for sharing.
