5'10 Tall Curvy US Size 12 Mentor Silicone HP 600cc Under Muscle

Today is my big day. I'm not the least bit nervous about the surgery. I've read soooo many journeys on here I know what to expect from the minimal to worst. Very grateful for this site. I will upload some before pics.
Why am I doing this?
I lost a lot of weight and Ive gone from a D to a B. I like how my breasts sit. Not getting a lift. I just want more volume.
Given I have a larger bottom half, I feel like my chest is drowning in some dresses and jumpsuits. They also look flat in shirts that I cant wear a bra with.
Also, I'm tired of needing pushup bras to appear that I have breasts. Sports bras show the truth. FLAT.
Apprehensions?
I workout intensely 4 to 6 times a week - crossfit, spin, jogging, lifting. I am dreading the down time.
Also not looking forward to the frankenboob stage at first but I know its part of the journey.
Here are my stats:

US size 12
Small waist, big legs
Current bra size 38/B or 36/C
Goal bra size 36/DD
Pre-Op intended implants:
BWD - 13.5
Mentor HP smooth round silicone 600cc
Under muscle

OUCH!
Chest muscles feel like imagine doing a hundred push-ups, then a hundred chest flies, then a hundred chest presses. Doing it four more times each. Then going to bed and waking up in the morning. That's what my chest muscles currently feel like. I can't barely move my arms more than about 3 inches from my body. I see why people are scared to get unders lol....
But on a positive note I have boobs! The doctor said the worst of the elephant on my chest feeling is only 48 hours thank God. We shall see.
The last muscle relaxer is actually helping a lot. If I dont move I'm ok. Just cant move! Also have hydrocodon and something for nausea but Im not nauseous.
My mom is with me. So grateful for her.

Looking great. Did they suggest a lift at all?

Thank you. It was an option but I was fine with a natural "hang" lol. I just wanted volume. I initially didn't even want HP AT ALL, but I was convinced, lol.

I slept less today and changed from the hydrocodon to ibuprofen. Still on muscle relaxers. Took my compression bra off for first time. Took some pics. They look how I expected at this point. Definitely hearing the fart noises in my chest when I move certain ways lol. No biggie. Definitely still not comfortable, but way less sore than yesterday
