Breast Augmentation Day 5 post op

Hi Ladies!!!
My Ladies are still as high on day 5 post op, but a little bit less hard. It hurts when I bear any pressure on them ( close the window for example ) but otherwise the breasts themselves have stopped hurting other than if I apply pressure. I am not on any more pain meds as of yesterday! I will finish my anti inflamattories as instructed of course. :) The lipo bruising is going away slowly, it is turning green and fading already! :)
I am having fun trying out my old clothes and seeing them in a whole new light! :) :) :) And of course, cannot wait for the clothes too! :) :) :)

Breast Augmentation/bra buldge lipo day 3
Hi Ladies!
I am pretty sure that everyone will get sick and tired of my boob posts! To be honest, I just cannot stop looking at them as I never had boobs! Due to no boob reasons, I don't own many cute shirts. While I need to go shopping, I have been trying on my "plain" shirts and plan sports bras, and even those items look awesome to me! Everything looks different with a pair of ladies I think! :)
I am also seeing an improvement in the bra bulge area - the doctor said that bra bulge is one of the lowest areas for improvement ( 25-50% improvement ), so I didn't expect much, but the improvement so far even though I am still very swollen from lipo, is more than I have expected, so that is great! :)
The ladies are still sitting high. People asked me so far how do they feel? Do they feel "foreign"? They don't quite. I don't notice that anything is inside of me in terms of "weights" if that makes sense. I notice the tightness of the chest, and they are firm to the touch so I cannot do any squishy test videos quite yet. But otherwise they feel great, and like they have always been a part of me! :)
Here are some pics in the plan sports bra. Need to definitely up my bra/shirt game now. :) My hubby is loving the transformation so far, although he is afraid that he would "break them". My doctor told me that he shouldn't be afraid and we can "play with them anytime I feel ready" ( I already feel ready lol ). Looking forward to them softening up and fluffing up so that we can really play with them ;) But for now, I am admiring them every day, and feeling so blessed to be able to have them! :)
All of my procedures made an absolute huge impact on my self confidence, no doubt about that. But breasts, oh my, they add a totally new "dimension of confidence"! :) However, I wouldn't be nearly as confident is my tummy was still a saggy pouch, so they definitely went together well for me. Truly blessed and happy that I was able to take care of all of that! :)
I am putting the lotion on my boobs, just to prevent stretch marks. I don't have any yet, but wouldn't surprise me if I got any for as I didn't have large boobs before. Hoping the lotion/creams will prevent the stretchmarks as much as possible. :)

Thank You So Much!!! My worry, or I had nightmares that nipples would he cross-eyed or up and down etc. So happy that that isn't the case and they look great. Day 4-they ate slightly softer! Only so slightly but still high. It will be awesome when they are soft enough to play with. :D :) :) My doc doesn't want me massaging them at all for now. He said massaging used to be a golden standard to prevent capsules contracture but since then they proved that massaging may feel good but it does not prevent capsules contracture, so from that point no need to massage unless I just like the feeling so to speak or we are playing around. But otherwise to just leave them alone until they fluff up. I am 2 lbs lower on the scale today (still 4 lbs up since surgery), the swelling is finally starting to go down! It is crazy to see comprasions between this and the last surgery and some of the same things too!:):):)
Well he did perfect and they look amazing! I can't wait to see your pics as they drop and fluff! Yay for already losing some of that water weight. What did you end up getting down to pre-op? I really cannot believe your transformation

Breast Augmentation Day 2!
Hi Ladies!
Today is post op day 2! I woke up very sore, didn't even realize what all I use breast muscles for until I couldn't use them haha ( for example, I need help getting up out of bed, or squeezing soap out of a soap dispenser bottle ). I am less sore than day 1, but still sore in my chest ( and my lipo areas ). However the pain medicine kicks in and then the pain is very manageable ( 2,3/10 with pain meds ). They are still sitting high, and are firm, but I still love them! Here is me in the same pj slip on after breast lift, and today. Today I get to remove all of the bandaids/gauze, from breasts and lipo areas. Hope you are all doing well and healing great! :)

Girl I wish! It took me years to save up for the tummy tuck and my oldest is getting her license next month so Momma just had to fork out another good chunk for her a car. I bet you are obsessed thiugh and are so glad you did this!! You are super lucky that you can do this for yourself!
I am truly, and super obsessed too! I occasionally touch them just to see if they are still there, sometimes I think I am dreaming! They have 0% 6 months financing too on care credit, or reduced financing up to 36 months, no interest definitely helpss. I didn't originally plan to have a breast lift done so that was an added cost I didn't account, thankfully I was/am able to sell more homes to offset that cost!:):):)
Good to know! I would need a lift with the augmentation also...boo. At my first consult ever, I let him evaluate the girls and it was going to be another 9-11grand for the lift with implant :/ So my tummy bothered me more than my boobs. My boobs aren't small, they have just lost their volume but I am a small C and the right bras make them look decent ha ha. I may look into it years down the road. Until then I will live through you lol. Hope you are feeling ok today!
Similar price truly, mine were $4900 for the breast lift and $5900 for the breast augmentation. C is awesome, I was a barely small B, not even! Most of the times I measured A and in some brands a small B haha! Happy yours retained their size!:) Today is day 4 and a first day that the pain truly eased up. I think i will be able to just do pain pills at night from now on. Interestingly my pain really eased up on day 4 after tummy tuck last time too! Today my back thighs feel sore when I walk or sit on them, but it isn't a terrible pain, just sore. Hopefully there will be more improvement when I take off my garment today too! :) I will have to update my boob scar, although they just ran it along the breast lift scar under the breasts, and it is half the old scar size so that is nice. Not big at all!:):):)
Hope you are doing well! I am excited to find out when you are able to workout pain free in the abs! I am hoping by the time I get a clearance to excercise in 6 weeks that they will be mostly healed and won't hurt anymore when excercising. I spoke to brighteyedgirl and the same thing with her abs, they still hurt and burn when excercising. So happy to indeed hear like the doc said, that it is all normal!:):):)

For the consults, I talk to the doctor and their assistant is on the call as well. It’s pretty good despite the circumstances. Doesn’t replace going into the actual office. Looking to do a Natrelle high profile BA or maybe moderate profile. I’ll go with the surgeons recommendation though.
