I’m only one month post op and my incisions are healing pretty nicely! I cannot thank Dr. Malhotra enough! He’s amazing! I’ve been using scar esthetique cream while massaging my scars twice daily for 5 mins and I’ve also just started wearing scarline Rx silicone sheets for 12 hour a day. I usually wear them when I go to bed and keep them on for 12 hours. I never really thought my incisions would look this great being only one month post op! All thanks to Dr. Malhotra and his team!

One month post op 500cc
I can’t believe I’m a month post op! Loving my results so far! Everything went great since day one post op. Didn’t experience any complications whatsoever. My breasts are dropping nicely, but I feel like they still need more time and I know it’s still too early to expect the final perfect look, but I’m already in love with them! They’re already really soft and not as firm but they’re getting softer and softer each day. Also, my scars look amazing for being only one month post op! As far as bras! That was a challenge because it took me forever to find the perfect bra (unwired & not padded) with covid it was even harder because the dressing rooms in some stores were closed so I probably returned about 8 bras! But my size at target (Hanes bra) is an XL they’re so soft, comfortable and affordable!! I also have a 34D bra from lululemon which is pretty tight and small! I should’ve purchased a bigger size, but don’t buy expensive bras unless your implants have settled! Because your breast size literally change by the day until they settle Dr. Malhotra is truly an artist and his team is the best! Especially Tammy, my patient care coordinator! She’s the best! I felt like I was driving her crazy with my questions and concerns, but she was nothing but a sweetheart! She answered all questions/concerns, made me feel better and made me trust the journey! Without this amazing team I wouldn’t have this amazing journey!

Omg beautiful!! Wish I understood the difference in the profiles. I got extra high profile and feel they’re too narrow for the look I wanted. Yours are perfect!!
Thank you so much! And I totally understand it took me forever to understand the different types of profiles, but I finally understood that high profile basically means you get more of a narrow outward projection, with low profile and moderate you from wider implants with less projection. Day 6 post op pictures 500cc HP
I’m really loving the results so far. They’re definitely dropping but they still feel like rocks which is very normal. They’re still really high too so I just need to give them time to drop a little by little! We’ve come this far so we gotta be patient!!! I’m only worried about little thing which is how the final result will look like. I’m very specific to what I want which is annoying. I really want them to fully drop and have that natural slope without being too round or high like I really want that drop just like in my wish pics! So do you guys think I’ll be able to achieve this look? Also, I’m so dumb. I don’t have any before pictures :) I’m really sorry about that and I have no idea how I forgot about it! I was so caught up on getting new boobies which made me forget about my original ones!

Hey, I really like the size you are in your pics. I got 300 saline implants 11 years ago and I’m wanting to go bigger. I’m 5’1 and 110lbs. My PS suggested 415 HP saline but I don’t think that’s big as I’m wanting. Are your implants saline or silicone? I really hope I can talk my surgeon into at least 450
Silicone, she said 500cc mentor memory gel smooth round high profile. Also remember the different types of profile make a big difference on the appearance. AND your breast width and how broad your chest is. It looks like she is pretty small so these look big on her but might not on someone who has a wider chest. Good luck!
Hello gorgeous! According to your stats 415 sounds good. However, if you're not convinced, I highly recommend speaking to your PS again and tell them what you really want (GET PLENTY OF PICS!) I honestly kept emailing my patient care coordinator about what size I should get and initially they thought 500cc is a little too big and they recommended going a bit smaller, but I honestly followed my guts and chose the size that I felt comfortable with and they were amazing about it because it's totally a personal decision. So I ended up with 500cc silicon high profile and I couldn't be an happier with my decision and I wouldn't have minded going bigger haha, I'm 5'3 and 120Ibs. So I highly recommend you speak to your PS again and show him/her your wish pics because maybe 415cc is just about right for what you want or maybe you need to go bigger, but in my opinion if you're into big like me, I would rather go bigger than smaller and that's what I did because I didn't want to end up with boob greed!
You're right! I'm pretty petite that's why my PS and patient care coordinator said 500cc is perfect according to my wish pics
Hey there. Ok I will speak with my PS again, i feel like he’s not really listening or understanding what I’m wanting, he just keeps saying that’s too big and your petite thank you for the advise and hope all is well with your new girl lol
Find another PS. This is your body and you will be undergoing INVASIVE surgery. So make sure you get exactly what you want!! Also do not get rushed into surgery. Take as much time as you need to discuss what you want and what will give you those results. Like I said, do you want narrower but more projection? Or more cleavage, boobs closer together, and wider breast but less projection. Measure your breast width! Even if you may be short, your chest could be wide which would make implants look smaller on you. TAKE YOUR TIME TO FIGURE OUT WHAT YOU WANT AND WHICH IMPLANT WILL GIVE THOSE RESULTS. Finally most PS are on the conservative side so they won’t suggest and even deter you away from larger/“pornstar” looking breast. But it’s not their body! So you make absolutely sure you know what you want. I would’ve also definitely gone bigger, less projection and more CC’s. But I can’t because I felt rushed and didn’t wanna annoy or bother the PS who seemed very busy. Again, I should’ve taken more time to understand what it was gonna take to give me the results I wanted! Good luck!
