2 weeks + 1 day postop

Hello!
I am now 2 weeks post op!
The last week has just flown right by!
I feel great! Zingers has lessened significantly! I am able to sleep on my side with not problems, I even tried laying on my tummy! And surprisingly enough, if I lift my chest a little before completely laying on my tummy it's not that bad. At first i could really feel the implants but after doing it for a while I notice it less and less. But definitely not a point where I can just turn over and just lay comfortably.
Other than that, I've noticed they've dropped a little more but nothing significant.
My incisions are feeling flatter than last week. Not as sore and not itchy.
I have about 75% sensitivity back in my left nipple and the lower pole and about 20% in my right and lower pole. I definitely feel more zingers on the right and I figured that's cause my right is slower at getting its nerves back in check haha.
My boobs are feeling a lot more soft and squishy today. I've been doing my massages as per Dr. P.
I am still wearing my surgical bra :(
2 more weeks and it's off!
I do take it off for an hour or so everyday just to let them breath LOL. And also to wash my surgical bra!
There's my 2 week update! I'll check back on my 1 month post op appointment! See picture updates!
Hope my journey is helpful to you guys!

Post op day 8

Hello again!

So I am now just over a week post op, and all things considered, I am feeling AMAZING. Since surgery I have had no real pains other than soreness. So I am extremely thankful for that! Also I've been feeling zingers a lot the last few days but it is normal, just the nerves and all doing their thing. Zingers I find is not painful, it feels like a tiny shocking pain. I have a high pain tolerance so it doesn't bother me too much.

Anyways, I Had my post op appt on Wednesday and Dr. P gave me the go ahead to sleep on my side or on my tummy as deemed comfortable. I am able to sleep on my side no problem (thank god!). Sleeping on my back was getting harder every night.

During days 3-5 when I felt the most soreness, not so much pain, I definitely had boobie blues. Not regarding my actual breasts, it was hitting me mentally cause I wasn't able to do a lot of things. Getting up was hard because I was so sore and tender. Being in bed pretty much 24/7 for almost a week is really draining mentally and emotionally. Thankfully it didn't last long! On day 6 (day of post op appt) I woke up feeling a lot better. Was able to walk my medium size dog with no problems. I even made the bed! Took me a little bit but I got the job done!

Stopped my pain meds on day 3 (the worst days) only because I was feeling super crappy about the constipation and bloating cause I literally looked 3 months pregnant LOL. Mind you I was able to get through the soreness so it wasn't an issue for me.
Had some pretty bad BMs but after 2 days and losing a lot of water weight and toxins, I felt so much better.

All that being said, I am feeling waaaay better than I ever thought I would at 1 week post op.
Swelling has gone down significantly since surgery, no more franken boob, right has dropped more than the left but they are still sitting high. Implants are much softer and more squeezable. Incisions still have tape on them but I can feel them and they are a little raised. Incision site is sore but that's always to be expected!

If you have any questions feel free to comment below! I have a few pics from days 1-5, will take an updated photo and post later this afternoon!
