5’6 57kg 405cc High Profile Mentor Implants

My breasts are already starting to feel a bit softer now, I’ve been wearing the bra and band as instructed although I find the breast band really uncomfortable so have to take it off every few hours for a few minutes! I’m still in a fair amount of pain - paracetamol and ibuprofen during the day, then I take cocodomal at night as I find sitting/lying down the most uncomfortable. I was able to get out for a short walk today in the fresh air which was bliss!

After breastfeeding 2 children I was left with barely an A cup, with little to no breast tissue above the nipple. I’m very athletic and workout a lot - weights/running/crossfit. I booked a consultation with Harley Medical Group in Nottingham and they have been really good from start to finish. Jade Warren was my advisor and was really knowledgeable and supportive.
My surgeon, Helena Antoniadou, was extremely professional and gave me honest advice to make sure I didn’t go too big for my frame. She chose 405cc high profiles for me as I wanted similar size breasts to my breastfeeding boobs, with a good amount of breast up top.
Leading up to the surgery I was really nervous, I had major doubts and could only find negative stories and reviews about breast augmentation. A few times I almost called it off, but I spoke with a few friends of friends that had it done and had nothing but positive experiences. I was also worried about not being able to pick my children up and having a few weeks out as being their main carer, luckily my husband could take 4 weeks off work so that solved that problem (still full of mum guilt but I think that’s just being a mum!).
My surgery took place at Alexandra Private hospital in Chesterfield, I was admitted at 0830, in surgery by 1015 and discharged at 4. The staff were amazing, they couldn’t do enough for me and were really friendly. Helena came to see me pre-op, marked me up and answered any final questions, again she was very professional but also really caring and empathetic which I appreciated. There was something comforting about having a female surgeon.
I woke up after my surgery in a daze and the first thing I did was look under my gown and shout I’ve got boobies!! I couldn’t be happier - I’m only 1 day post op, I’ve got a long road to recovery, but I don’t regret it one bit. I feel like a woman again, Helena chose the perfect size implants, they look amazing.
