One year post op

So just like that one year has passed since the surgery.Scary how quick!I couldn’t feel any better and more confident right now about my body proportions since I’ve made the decision to have implants. If still in doubt I will say to anyone considering breast implants to go for it.As long as you do your research and choose a good doctor with loooots of positive reviews and experience that can also advice what suits your body type.I won’t post anymore as I think not much will change and my implants are settled after one year.I hope my journey has inspired other ladies to make their decision and hopefully you’ll all have only positive results both physically and emotionally after making such an important decision!

6and1/2 months post op

Having passed the period of grace of 6 months post op I am most happy with the result.Love the size and shape only a bit disappointing that I could only see the surgeon once,4weeks post op as the other 2 follow up appointments got cancelled due to Covid. But they would have seen me if anything was feeling wrong or in any pain.I try to exercise regularly now while wearing a good support bra.One thing to keep in mind as I was a bit concerned with the slight difference in size between my breasts is that this is normal.Once because your natural breasts usually are different in size and also your chest is slightly bigger on the left size as the ribs leave space to accommodate your heart. So in my case,my right breast looks a bit smaller than the right, but is not bothering me too much now after my husband and my best friend assured me that it’s not obvious at all especially when wearing a bra.The scars are healing well.It usually takes up to an year for them to fade away.I took a few quick photos( not very good with the camera lol).Overall it’s still the best decision I ever made,as it boosted my confidence and made me feel complete.I just can’t wait to be able to wear nice summer dresses and bikinis once we are all safe and able to travel again. So,if you girls are still in doubt,I achieved one of my biggest desires,to feel feminine and comfortable with my own body and it’s made me sooo happy!

4 months post op

Did not update lately as I feel not much has changed.I have ups and downs. Some days I think they are too small, other days I am so pleased with the appearance.Maybe it’s because I also have put a bit of weight on and I am swerving away from the low carbs diet and exercising regime I was following. As other people I too have moments when I feel there’s no point to this as you can’t go anywhere and those cakes look so yummy.Anyway, that’s another issue...Overall I am 90% satisfied.I’ve bought some bras and finding the best fit was such an ordeal.I wear the 32D/70D as the 34C was too tight on the cups size so I went one down in waist band and one up in cup size(apparently that’s how you work it out). When I will get the chance to dress up and wear a pretty dress maybe I will feel a bit happier.I think it’s all down to Covid, giving us mixed emotions due to all the changes we are going trough.I will add a few more photos and some with the underwire bras later. Also waiting for my follow up appointment that got postponed from November to January due to the Covid.P.S.I had to add a filter to the photos to make me look less white lol
