1 month post op
Happy new year! Even happier tittiesssss! I seriously feel like a better version of myself. It’s so wonderful. They finally have felt like they belong to me. For the first few weeks, it was like two attachments on my chest. Now, they just feel like mine. I’m very happy and have no pain anymore. Their softness varies. Sometimes one will be softer than the other. I get so excited when they’re soft and squishy. In the beginning, it seemed so hard to believe they’d ever soften up. My teen daughter squeezed them a bit yesterday and was impressed at how real they felt. I’ve attached some pictures! Yay! I swear it’s so easy to be critical of photos. In person, they look straight, even, and perfect. Then I take a photo and pick it apart. No thanks. These babies are beautiful and they’re mine =)
Sharp nagging pain behind incision - Post op 19 Days
Incisions are closed, no swelling or redness, and everything has been feeling great EXCEPT a sharp nagging pain behind my incision that feels like it’s getting worse. I arched my back to reach upward Sunday night and I’m nervous I did something. Like I said, my incision is fine and the rest of my breasts. It definitely feels internal. Called my PS and we moved my one month follow up from next week to tomorrow so he can take a look at it. Anyone have any thoughts? Pics attached. Everything else is great! The dark spot on my one incision is just sticky stuff left behind from tape. I’ve been scrubbing it off.
My PS is amazing
I’ve gotten almost all mobility back. At 6 days post op my doc wanted me doing everything I’d normally do except heavy lifting. They encouraged me to move and stay loose. It’s helped so much! I just don’t lift anything heavy or use my pec muscles. I love how they look so far. Still numb in left areola. Breasts still tender to the touch. Starting to get some bounce. My sternum isn’t swollen any more. I can begin to squeeze them together. Recovery is certainly a long process but every day there is some improvement somewhere.
