Time for Silly-cones! 5’5” 118lbs, 37 y/o 400-500cc?

I am happy to say that beyond a bit of back pain and some muscle soreness, I have felt great! I rate my pain a 4/10 at its worst! It feels like I’ve done push ups with weights on my back! I got home yesterday and had a big bowl of soup and took my pain meds, as I was sure I’d be hurting later. To my surprise, my pain hasn’t gotten any worse. The only bummer is that I had a hard time sleeping, I attribute this to being a belly sleeper and from the pain medication.
I am so incredibly happy about the results so far! No real “FrankenBoob” to report.

I was taken back immediately upon arrival and readied for surgery, Dr. Janiga was in my room within 10 minutes to answer any last minute questions and to go over the procedure again. We discussed size again, as I was going back and forth on sizes. He told me he would just use the sizers and see what looked best on me. My anesthesiologist came after he left and we went over risks and signed consents. I was given antibiotics and Versed.
The next thing I knew, I was in the PACU recovering. I had some discomfort t that time, but it was quickly relieved by my wonderful RN. Both Dr Janiga and my Anesthesiologist were with me telling me that I looked great and everything went well!
After about 30 minutes, I got dressed and was sitting in a chair, my family came into the back and visited with me. I arrived at the surgical center at 10:45 and was home by 3! He went with 450cc smooth round full profile by Natrelle inspira.

Surgery scheduled for noon tomorrow, my PS called to check up on me tonight and make sure I had all my questions answered. I’m feeling very excited and worried that I will be up all night!
