Ok things are finally settling! Im about a 34C which is PERFECT!! I wanted a full B or small C and I’m more mid C which is is great!! They still are firm but I had very little to no breast tissue so its to be expected they look a little more “fake” but they are beginning to soften and drop.

Hernia is doing great!!

Overall I’m absolutely thrilled!!!

Day 4

Had a major meltdown this morning.... what have I done? I was dumb enough to step on the scale and it said I’d gained 10lbs.... that got in my head. I was frustrated with not being able to work out, I was terrified I’m going to hate them later... just a bad morning.
I talked to my friend and she totally made me feel better confirming all my thoughts are normal and she felt the same but loves hers now. She even had the same weight gain from water weight and pain pills and said it would go away.
Good news: Hernia is doing great. Still no pain.
Boobs: still super swollen and lopsided but I’m waiting. You can see the swelling under my one arm .... yesterday vs today so its going down a little. Left boob is changing shape, right is pretty much the same.

I’m considering mentor xtra 370cc. Are you feeling any better? I have bwd 13.5. 138 lb 5’9”. Are your numbers smaller?
I'm feeling MUCH better!!! I need to update with pics. I'm loving the size. Settled into a 34C which is PERFECT for my frame considering i'm only 5'4" and when I'm working out I look smaller. I think 370 would prob fit you great considering you are taller than me. Mine don't look obvious in clothing at all - just a nice curve. Naked they look more obvious so I'm glad I didn't go bigger - but I had NO breast tissue so I'm basically all implant haha. I'm overall VERY happy! I'll try to post some updated pics soon.
This is so helpful- thank you! Enjoy, sounds perfect size for you
I just posted an updated pic. The last comment was from me I guess I have 2 accounts?!???

They look good honey!
Hi, i just had my BA on sept 6, 2018 and got a 295cc on both sides, moderate plus-x, mentor silicone, subfascial technique. My breasts were previously 36aa. I am still in shock that i had it done after seriously thinking abt it for 5 yrs now( 45th bday gift for myself). Im 45 y/o, 135 lbs, 5’1”. Originally, the size that i requested was between 300cc-325cc. But being a petite person, my Dr. opted to go for 295cc w/c i somehow thank him for it because as of today, my boobs are still high, huge/swollen, lopsided and unattractive. I have one regret i think for now, it’s the weight of the implants. I know that it’s considered a small implant but being w/o boobs for 44 yrs, i suddenly have this weight when i stand up and walk. It’s weird that i dont feel any weight at all when i lay down or sit down, only when i am walking. Probably, due to the stretching of the skin and gravity. I wish i could fast forward to 6 months when they say you are one with the boobs and dont feel them at all. I never thought that this BA would be a very long process to swallow and patience is the key. And we are just in the beginning of it. Good luck to us and i hope our breast will soften and settle before the 6th month.
Dont feel bad about how much you paid. I paid $1k more.
