Hey guys, I’ve my BA booked for 28th of march. I decided on 240cc at my consultation a few weeks ago as they looked in proportion. My surgeon said the biggest he would go is 275. I didn’t try the 275s on at the consultation but am regretting that now. I still have time to go and try them on and see how I feel but I’m not sure.
I’m worried now that 240 will be a bit too small now but I’m very petite so not sure. My goal would be a nice C cup but I’m not too fussy on sizes, I just want them not too big and not too small.
my original gut feeling was 240cc but I think I’d rather go with 275 and for them to be a bit bigger than I’d like rather than me thinking they were too small if that makes sense
Also I’d like some cleavage but my natural breasts are quite far apart.. does this matter?

Hey! The gap will depend on the diameter of the implant in relation to your BWD. If I’m not mistaken. I’ve seen a lot of beautiful low profile results which seem to work well with wider chests. If you haven’t already, it may be worth looking into. Best wishes

That does make sense thank you! Maybe because I’m already petite with a small chest the implants will spread over a bigger portion of my chest and give that cleavage im looking for

Hi, I had surgery two weeks ago (275cc) from a completely flat chest. Having tried on bras this week I am measuring 32C/34B. I would definitely go back and try on the 275. I like you, could not go any bigger due to my BWD.
Best of luck! x

Thanks for sharing, I’m definitely going to go try the 275cc on. Yours look great by the way!!

I'd recommend trying the 275 :)

oh and it seems that there's asymmetry in your breasts (totally normal). did you talk to your surgeon about putting in different sizes on the left and the right to even them out?
February 6, 2022
The surgeon noticed the asymmetry but said it’s very slight so there’s no need for different size implants

I do trust him so hopefully this is the right decision !!

The higher the profile the more projection you will have but they will be further apart. I would do a moderate or moderate plus profile with the 275cc under the muscle. I have saline and like them. I haven't had any issue. I can feel the edges if I try but can't see them. I personally feel they are safer overall.

I need to find out the profile of the implants, I can’t remember what my surgeon said in the preop appointment.. I’m gonna book another appointment with him and try the 275cc and talk about profile

I also forgot to mention, I chose teardrop implants and we decided to go over the muscle as I’m active in the gym and didn’t want to feel them moving.
I still don’t know whether to choose 240 or 275

I went from a 34aa and wanted to look naturally blessed but 240 may still be small, I went for the average which is 34c in the uk which was 275 and they are great. Sorry I don't have any photos x

And do you mind me asking your height and weight? I’m definitely thinking of going back and trying them on now ahh
February 6, 2022
I'm 54 kg and 157cm so quite petite but I was 45 at the time x

You should try on the 275cc sizers if you haven’t already. How about 255cc? That could be a happy medium also. I think a big factor in size and profile would be your BWD!
February 6, 2022
Yes I’m going to make an appointment to try them on, unfortunately the surgeon could only offer me 240 or 275cc for some reason

Having boobs will be amazing! I like the look of the 240cc on you, they look natural. My boobs vary from AA to A and I can't wait to have saved up enough to get this done

I’ve decided to go with 275cc

Friendly626642
I went back to my surgeon and we decided we would go with 275 instead of 240. At the end of the day, I think I would rather come out of surgery thinking they were a little bigger than I’d expected than too small hahah, surgery is on the 28th march and I’m just so excited :)

Hi, I’m excited to see how your boob journey goes :) what profile did you decide to go with?
February 27, 2022
My surgeon suggested I go with high profile, just so I get some extra volume as I don’t have much breast tissue to start with. I also chose teardrop instead of round as I feel like it would suit my natural breast shape more but I’ve heard stories about them rotating so I hope I’m doing the right thing .. 275cc high profile, teardrop, silicone implants is what we have decided on:)

Hi. I’m 5’4” 118lbs 42 years old
I breastfed 5 children so was deflated to barely B or an in Target’s Auden bras. Those are my favorite brand of bras. Or at least they were b4 my implants. My surgery was 2/28/22 so I’m not sure what I’ll be wearing once i can get back into an underwire bra again. Anyway, i wanted to be a full B and did not want to be too big for my frame. I went with Sientra 190cc’s smooth round low profile. The second to smallest implants Sientra offers. I’ll make a post later today if b4 and after if you’re interested. FWIW, I think you are making the right choice going smaller considering how tiny your frame is. Just my opinion :)
