I remember when I was younger always hoping I was just a late bloomer. I thought maybe by high school I would start growing in my chest region. I also did not get my period until I was almost 16. I finally started wearing bras consistently my freshman year; mostly for the padding.
I’ve always wanted breast implants since I can remember. My mom had hers since I was very young. I’ve just put it off for a very long time. They were good enough and I never wanted to spend the money to have them done. After I had my daughter four years ago, I lost what little volume I had. I’m at a good place and have the finances so I’m finally going to do it!! I’m so excited. I set up the dates with my plastic surgeon for next month. I will be flying to AZ from OR to have my surgery done by a Harvard graduate board certified plastic surgeon.
My boyfriend (my daughters dad) and I will fly to AZ May 17th and have my consultation same day. The 19th I will have my surgery and on Monday the 21st I will have my PO and fly home. I’m not nervous at all. I’ve been watching so many surgeries on Snapchat. It’s been so informative and has kind of desensitized me a little to the whole blood and needles fear.
I have not picked a size yet but I’m thinking over 385cc at least. I do have a small frame but I know the look I want. I definitely don’t want them to look crazy big and obvious but I want them to be full. I’m thinking under the muscle and dual plane. I’m not too sure yet. I’m excited for the consultation and 3D imaging.

11 days until my surgery! I am super excited. I have been scouring RealSelf and reading all of the amazing reviews on here. I’m so thankful I came across this site/app. It has given me so much insight and advice for my upcoming breast augmentation. It’s awesome to get to see so many before and after pictures of everyone’s journey. We fly to Arizona on May 16th and I have my surgery on the 17th. I can’t wait! Bye bye small boobies! lol I attached some more photos of myself . After reading so many reviews I’ve decided I’ll be going with 400cc or more.

Also how did your 3D imaging go? Did you decide on 400?

That’s so exciting! Only a week away! I don’t have my consultation with my doctor until the day before due to me being out of state. He will do the 3D imaging at that time. I’m excited to use the 3D imaging. Hopefully it’ll give me a better idea of what size to go with. I know I want at least 400cc. I’d like to be in the D rang. I’ll have to check back in with you to see your review and progress! :) :)

We have similar body types and I recently just got 400cc gel implants under the muscle. I think mine have turned out pretty well so far I just got them Monday though so they’re still pretty high and tight but from looking at all the other girls on this website with the same measurements there’s have all turned out really well too so I think that 400 would look good on you as well.
If you go with the HP or high profile look I’ll sit higher and usually allow you to have my cleavage when you have a smaller build and then if you go with moderate plus they’re going to be like Moore in the Merrill and they are supposedly look more realistic so ultimately that’s up to you but you can I just talk to your doctor about it and see what he thinks would work best for you.

They look great! I was thinking I like the look of the mod plus. I want them to look more natural but have some nice volume or upper pole. Not much though. Implants look so different on all body types. I’m looking forward to the 3D imaging and also the doctors advice :) How is your healing going?

Your boobies are looking good! How do you feel? Are you happy so far? :) :) I posted a update a little bit ago. Implants are in and I’m loving them so far

It’s 11:15pm and we fly out at 6:10am! I’m not very tired because I’m so excited. I know I should get some sleep but I am currently doing gel nail polish on my toenails lol I will post more updates tomorrow after the consultation with what implants I decide to go with! The days have flown by. Every once in awhile it would set in that I was going to have the surgery done and I would get butterflies in my stomach. I’m so happy this is finally happening :)
