1 month (and a bit)

I had my follow up appt with my surgeon and he said they are healing really well. However he took these photos and it made me so upset as they look absolutely tiny and just not good at all.
I am hoping it is the lighting because in every other picture I take they don’t look quite as bad but still lacking in definition at the front.
Being patient with myself and hoping that I’ll see more definition in the coming weeks…

I went on a run for the first time (slowly) under surgeon’s instruction and it felt so good to be moving again. Won’t be doing any upper body but I’ve been doing a lot of lower body low intensity workouts. Desperate to properly get back to the gym but I’ll have to wait a while before lifting anything heavy.

Still feeling quite mixed about them and really think I could have gone slightly bigger - something like a 280. Completely my fault though as I asked for natural and natural is what I got! I would also run the risk of them looking fake on my frame if I went too big so can’t complain too much!

3.5 week update

Can’t believe it has nearly been a month since I got them done! Some very small changes but I’m not seeing a major difference in shape / size - I am starting to wish I went bigger but I did want a very natural look which is exactly what i have got so can’t complain about that. I am hoping once they drop and fluff there will be more definition at the front and they will feel more full.

I have my first post op assessment with the surgeon tomorrow - looking forward to see what he thinks about my healing. Hoping he will say I can start running soon but we shall see.

I also bought a smaller size surgery bra because I realised that my other one wasn’t tight enough - feels so much better and it is bringing them together a bit which hopefully will improve healing. Still wearing the surgical band at night.

Tried on one of my old bikinis and the difference is pretty mad as I barely filled it out before!

Just telling myself to trust the process and should hopefully see more change over the next few weeks…

Few more pics

Adding a few more from different angles - have screenshotted these from a video I took.

Excuse my awful tan lines - I felt so pale so attempted to apply gradual tan but the bra created the gorgeous lines across my chest hahaha
