I want other moms to see my before photos and hope it can help you if you’re in similar shoes. When I had my consultation I was right at the cutoff of needing a lift. As you can see from my photos I do have sagging and I will post my after shots so you can compare if you too have sagging and are not going through with a lift. Now I was advised I can get the results I desire without a lift but know I was right at the cutoff as far as measurements go. I chose HP, saline, 400-500cc, under muscle, and incision through the nipple. I go this coming Friday April 19th at 6am for my surgery and will post all throughout with my photos. I know I’ve used this site a lot and it has helped me immensely so I too hope my journey can help someone else. I was advised to go a bit bigger to fill myself out and I’m 100% on board with that. The most important thing for me is projection and cleavage. I’m so over my mom boobs!! The sagging and deflation has caused enough insecurities for me to last a life time. I won’t even take my bra off when I’m being intimate with my husband, that’s how much I HATE them!! So the number one thing I’m looking forward to is adding some spice to our sex life and to never feel insecure again being exposed! O and of course filling out bathing suites/clothes is a bonus too!! I wish you all the best in your journey to big perky boobs, lol.

I feel ya. Seeing my deflated boobs made me feel so uncomfortable in my own body!! I didn't think breastfeeding would deflate your breats, but unfortunately it happens :-( your surgery is soon! You excited?

First 48 hours were by far the worst but today at 3 days passed I feel loads better. Still sore, tight, and feel run down and tired at times but overall I feel loads better! The “drop and fluff” is just when the implant drops into the pocket. The time frame ranges differently for everyone but on average takes weeks to a month to start to notice them moving downward and softening up.

I am OBSESSED with your before and afters! Your results are AMAZING.

Hello, very nice results! I’m curious as to what size you were before you had 3 babies and breastfed them. And for how long did you breastfeed each of them? Did you pump or just baby exclusively?

I go in at 6am and surgery starts at 8am. I’m still conflicted on size because I was close to needing a lift that I have to go a bit bigger to fill myself out like how I want. As of now I’m trying to decide between 400cc-450cc and I chose saline, under the muscle, HP. I want my upper pole filled out and projection and cleavage is a must for me! I don’t care at all if they look fake and LOVE the way HP looks. I have a small frame and don’t want to go so big that it will make me look broad. They told me nothing is set in stone until surgery day so I’ve been on this site constantly trying to find other girls my size with similar boobs so I can get an idea of how they may look after. I’ll post my before photos tonight so others may compare too if you’re in the same shoes as me. I’ll update all throughout in hopes it might help other moms out there who deal with some sagging and deflation after kids and nursing.

Good luck. Following. I am 5'1 and 123lbs. Got 270cc anatomical. I also had droopy breast which needed filling up, although less than your. You can see my review in my profile. Good luck!

I am very excited to see how it turns out. I have very similar insecurities to what you mentioned in your first post and it's one of my big motivations as well.

I called my PS today and I’m going back in tomorrow to see him and go over things I feel like I forgot to ask the first time. I guess I want reassurance that we can achieve the look I want without a lift. I’m getting nervous as the time draws near and I want to be 100% certain we’re on the same page. Before I was very giddy and now I’m a ball of nerves! Hope this feeling is normal :/

I had a great meeting with my doctor today and his nursing staff. I made a call because I started feeling uneasy and wanted reassurance on everything and I’m so glad I did that. I went today and he looked at me again and we went over everything. To achieve what I want I’m doing moderate profile and 450-500cc implants. I have to go a little bigger to fill myself out which I knew all along but I wanted to know an estimate on just how much cc we were talking. A girl who just had hers done showed me her boobs while I was in there and she got 500 and they looked amazing, you would have never of thought she had 500 either. They told me doing HP gives you a narrow base and moderate profile gives you a wider base and fills you out better vs a HP look. I guess I always associated HP as the only way to achieve that upper pole fullness and as they explained it, that’s not the case. Anyways, I’m happy with my decision and fully trust my doctors judgement. I’ve actually seen two girls brand new boobs every time I went in there, lol. The girls looked great too which has made me feel much better!

Bye bye mom boobs!! Can’t wait to have an after shot for you ladies tomorrow! When I went back the second time to my PS we talked about 450cc-500cc mod profile because of my degree of sagging it’ll take a bit more to fill me out. I trust him and his 42 years of experience. I hope and pray everything goes smooth and I don’t panic later because theyre way too big for my body, lol. Well see

I also breastfed 3 babies and was on the boarder or needing a lift. I chose not to and I cannot tell you how great my results are. 415cc HP silicone gummies! Amazing! I can send pics if needed. I love high profile. Also I am 5’3 100lbs. So I’m pretty tiny.

Also good luck tomorrow!!! Boobie day is the best day!

How does the pencil test work? What size bra are you before surgery? I'm excited to see your results. I hope to avoid a lift too. I'm 5'2, 119lbs, 32 yrs. Old, 5 kids w/breastfeeding. Im currently a large c cup. Good luck tomorrow and hope you have fast recovery.

You can take a piece of paper or pencil and just put it under the fold of your breast and just let it hang, the rule of thumb is if your nipple falls below your fold that’s an indication you need a lift. I’m currently an A cup and thank you... crossing my fingers they’ll look good!

Thanks for that explanation of the pencil test. I was wondering too!
