It’s been a long time since I’ve been on but I’m about to have a tummy tuck this year and have been spending time reading reviews for that so I decided to update with photos of my BA from 2019. I’ve had no issues arise (thank goodness) and still very pleased with how they turned out, especially with what I started out with.

I think later in life I’ll downsize and do a lift when I’m older but for now I enjoy them :)

They look fantastic! I’m also over two years post op but I’m not too happy with my scars :-/. Would love if you provided an update on your incision!

Also keep us updated on your TT procedure with a new review! Best of luck to you!

My incisions healed really nicely and you can’t really see them as they’re a nipple incision, It’s just a small cut at the bottom of my areola.

Where was your incision made? What do you not like about it?

It was under the breast fold. It’s just a small raised line. I’m just being not picky though. My PS did a fantastic job. May I ask, why you want to get a TT done?

I got ya, we are our own worst critics sometimes.

I’ve had three kids and have really bad muscle separation (along with a hernia) and extra skin that needs fixed. I’ve been contemplating it for years and finally pulled the trigger. I’ll be going to Dr. Grawe at Roxy Plastic Surgery and my surgery date is set for July 28th as she books up so quickly. I’f you ever want an amazing surgeon she’s well known on Instagram and other social media sights and she posts her work on there. Great before and afters to see!
January 10, 2022
Dr. Grawe is amazing, she did my TT and I wish I would have done this sooner. she is still working on fixing my one boob that has giving me many complications, but that was mainly due to fixing something that a previous surgeon had did. I wish I would have found her sooner. But she has been great ever since.
Your results look amazing and not that you look like you need a TT but you will rock it with her... and BTW, one thing that nobody told me or informed me of after you have a TT you will not be able to twist to wipe your own As$ at first so be prepared lol.
And the Roxy house is great, they take such good care of you there. Why anyone would want to go home directly afterwards is beyond me. Enjoy having someone help you out.

Oo fill me in on your after care and the house you stayed at! I was really certain I would want to go straight home as I hate staying anywhere else but my own home but would love to hear your experience. I actually have a huge diastasis recti and looks like a baby bulge constantly and I’m so ready to have it repaired and back to normal. I asked to be put on the cancellation list in hopes to be moved up sooner but I’m doubtful it’ll happen.

I’m really happy to hear you went to her and had a great experience. I LOVE watching her videos on snap performing the surgeries and Weill definitely consent to her filming mine and posting it. I find it so helpful and educational!

Like I said the house was great, I will admit one of the ladies was sweeter than the other seemed to be, I don't remember their names, but honestly I feel like its a lot of work for one lady to deal with in the house by themselves but it was just nice not having to worry about anything around the house and meals are brought to you and they made sure my water bottle was always filled, they have menu options to choose from that they cook up. I was in a room by myself and I think all the rooms were only 1 guest (probably due to covid) but after 5 days there I was ready to go home though lol, I missed my husband and he was ready for me to come back home so the time away was kinda nice because they get to realize first hand everything we do lol. But the TT itself was definitely more pain then I was expecting but so worth it, she fixed my recti diastasis and by obliques were also separated so I had all 3 stitched back up. Sleeping was the biggest issue for me since I am normally a side and stomach sleeper so staying on my back the whole time was really a struggle.
January 11, 2022
I also had my surgery on the snap chat and love watching the transformations of others so I will definitely be watching for yours, she worth the drive I still drive 2 hours up there just to see her for a few other things that I have had done. I just love her personality and her energy. I feel like dealing with another female they understand more of what we are looking for and how we are feeling which is one of the mail reasons why I choose her 2-1/2 years ago. I am currently 7 months out from my TT.

I just got my surgery bumped up to Feb 21st now vs July 28th and my pre op is Feb 1st. Now I really have to let this sink in as it’s happening a lot sooner than I had originally thought (which I’m glad). I’m having a hard time finding a doctor to do my surgical clearance though, like every place I call they says “we don’t do those.” So frustrating

Feels so much longer than a year, I kinda feel like I’ve had big boobs my whole life now. I ordered some swimsuits offline and they’ll arrive this week. I’ll post photos of how those swimsuits fit once they arrive. I’m short (5’2) with now huge boobs and a short torso so finding a suitable and flattering suit on me is challenging. I was tired of the same ole cheap swimsuits I normally buy at Target and wanted to try some nicer ones. I’ll let you ladies know how I like them and how they fit. I’ve been working out every day since this whole lockdown for sanity reasons. It allows me to get all this aggression out and release some happy endorphins, which I need right now! Being locked up in the house with three little boys and having e-learning with two of them really starts to break you down, haha. As far as how the boobs are doing, I really don’t have anything to update on. I suppose that’s a good thing? I still would not go back to what I had and I’m very pleased with my outcome given where I started (nursing did a number one me). I think the only thing I’ve noticed is maybe a bit more rippling and that’s due to losing some weight recently. I had pretty thin tissue to begin with and have saline so that’s going to be a given in my circumstance. It isn’t anything so sever though that I’m self conscious about or need to find appropriate clothes to cover or anything. Also wanted to mention I got all the feeling back in both nipples (my incision was through the nipple).

absolutely in love with your results. I don’t have kids but would not mind looking like you after 3 of them. Love your confidence and your updates. They are super helpful. You have one of the most thorough profiles on RS. Love that you also show how your implants look while wearing clothes, bras, tank tops etc. your pre-op to now pics are great. Would love to see how they rest when you are laying on your back. Also, when did you notice everything remaining the same post op? Good luck bathing suit shopping and please keep us posted. Thank you!!!

Great update! You can see your definition from working out. I don't see any ripples in your pics, must not be too obvious. Thanks for the update. Oh btw, some ladies found swimsuits & lingerie at Yandy, google them. Stay safe and sane. I have 2 girls, 13 & 15 doing eLearnig too. Take care.

Are those saline and round untextured mentors?

Saline smooth round mentor implants.

How much were the swimsuits and what was the outcome of them?

I’ve seen TWO girls that Ive followed on Instagram for a while now get explants because of implant illness. I have to say seeing this has me on high alert and probably has made me paranoid too. Both girls had smooth round silicone implants and symptoms popped up a few months after getting them but really started to get bad at that one year mark and after. Anyone else worried about this? I mean that’s scary! My one year boob anniversary is coming up and I’m always wondering if my body will start to decline around this time. It’s just weird how we are seeing this more and more, or at least I’m seeing it more. If you’re wondering, no, I have no symptoms (as of yet) of implant illness. I do still love them and love how they make me feel. I love being able to fill out lingerie now and not shy away like before. I just think seeing these two girls randomly have this happen all of a sudden made me extra jumpy, ya know? Anyways, hope y’all are doing well and are also showing NO signs of implant illness because it sounds freaking awful! Just to note too... I do believe these women as I know some doctors refuse to even acknowledge the correlation between the implants and these women symptoms (which is complete BS to me).

I have read about this and it scares me too! I'm worried about capsular contracture the most, especially since I'm only 3 months post op. I have no symptoms, just terrifies me! However, my right dropped more this week but my left hasn't so now I'm even more worried! But they're both very soft so I think I'm ok. Hopefully! You look fabulous by the way!

Jess, if you arent having problems, dont sweat it! You are absolute perfection, and the stress is not good for you! Just keep enjoying you! And enjoy taking those pics!

I've been experiencing symptoms of BII since just before my 2 ypo. I go through brain fog, memory loss, joint pain, hair loss, vertigo, fatigue, hand/foot tingling/numbness, swollen lymph nodes ~ just to name a few. I have loss a lot of hair. It stopped for a bit but started again. The hard part is there is not a definite test to prove you have BII. I'm part of a group that has 108k woman and it's growing! I used to think it was all in their heads about being sick until I was affected by it. I have Mentor MemoryGel implants. But it doesn't matter whether you have saline or silicone bc they all have silicone shells. I just suggest don't let it bother you unless you start having symptoms. Autoimmune issues, or any of the things I listed above. You can google breast implant illness symptoms or I can PM you the link to the group I'm in for more info if you need it one day. But don't stress about it unless you start having issues. Enjoy your beautiful breasts. I don't plan on explanting unless I'm knocking on deaths door bc I enjoy my breasts too much!! Great update btw!! Love the sexy lingerie, wish I could find nice stuff like that but my boobs are too darn big for the size I need???

I've got a consultation with Zollman tomorrow, I've had implants since June 2019 from Dr. Turkle and they are way too small. As for breast implant illness, I tracked my acne, hormones, hair loss etc before my augmentation and after and so far it's all the same. I'm not far in but I was worried about it before my surgery. I'm with spunkcow, I'd have to be at death's door to have mine removed. Love having boobs!
User Avatar

Lol, your “death door” comment made me giggle. I’ve wondered that about others who show symptoms but not extreme ones that if they decide to just live with it because they love their boobs so much. I agree though, I’d have to be pretty sick for me to get them removed. Dr. Turkle I think is known to be pretty conservative with the size of the implants. Did you have that experience? Did you want bigger but Turkle said no? Zollmans staff is the best, the women in there knew exactly what I wanted and really helped guide me in my decision making. Gl, and let me know how it goes!
User Avatar

Yes! She said I'd regret it and all the women who go larger have them removed later. I absolutely loved Zollman and Linda today, they were SO amazing!! I'm plotting my next BA for March. Depends on when hubby has to travel for work. I'm stuck between paying an extra $1,200 for gel or just getting overfilled saline. I don't have much breast tissue of my own (total mom boobs). Ugh. I'm going to look back and see what you went with. We are going between 500-550 cc

@Outtahere jus make sure whomever you go to they specialize in revisions. Look at lots of b&a photos. As for BII, it can hit anyone at anytime. I never thought anything if it. I'm gonna keep rocking on with my boobs and still may consider a revision myself one day. I have silicone and think they feel pretty realistic. A lot of ladies say the saline is fairly firm. As for the saline I do know lots of ladies explanting those nowadays are finding mold and such in them bc they weren't sealed properly. I just had my 2 yr MRI checkup on my implants and that felt super weird. Good luck with whichever you choose bc I know it will look good no matter what! I hope you share a new review or in your current one!

Yes, I’ve heard that about Dr. Turkle. I have 525cc filled to 600cc saline. We were thinking the same range too that you just said because I too, had HORRIBLE mom boobs! Lots of extra skin (as you can see in my before photos). So I really trusted his judgment when i was in surgery to make the right call. Linda I think had hers redone by Zollman too! She showed me, lol. I was really nervous about going too large for my frame since I’m only 5’2 and she was like “Zollman redone mine and they’re 600, you wanna see them?” I was like sure! They’re just really good relatable women in that office. You know personally for me, I wanted to know if I ruptured. Saline you obviously know immediately but silicone is silent and with all the implant illness and such it just didn’t sit right with me. “Firmer” boobs didn’t bother me so it really is just a personal choice. Zollman will make you look beautiful no matter which you choose. He also did a revision to someone I know who actually recommended me to him in the first place. She told me her first boob job turned out horrible and she went to Zollman and he fixed her right up and she said her results after were beautiful. Also, the hospital he does his surgery’s at is great! It’s in Carmel and they were wonderful and made me feel really comfortable. You’ll have a great experience!

I have to say, I am so thankful for your review because it was literally the only way I found Zollman and knew he was the one to call when I was so disappointed with my first BA. I'm going to try and leave a review and update often like you did simply because it was such a help to me. Hopefully someone else will find it helpful in the future as well!
February 14, 2020
Spunkcow did you have to pay for the MRI out of pocket? How much did it cost if you don’t mind my asking?
February 8, 2020
I just wanted to say thank you for sharing with us all. It's been extremely helpful for me. I'm also a Mom that breastfed children. I don't feel that I need a lift, and I am also wanting to go with Saline (for peace of mind), with insertion under the nipple. Also, I am 43 now, and have been experiencing most of the same symptoms associated with BII (aside from cancer) for the last 15-20 years. I have never had surgery of any kind in my entire life.
