Hi guys! I have been wanting to get my breasts done for over a year - I am 23 (young old soul) in August, and I grew up with my mother having DDD’s, and my sister ranging to the E+ cup size. At a young age, I thought I wasn’t growing the way I should in that region, but the thought quickly went away once I realized I didn’t have to buy bras like the other girls my age and thought that was quite nice (lol). However, now that I have experienced being flat chested for the first 22/23 years of my life, I want to have more fun with my body!
So, I’m having my breast consultation tomorrow afternoon at the Dr. Pearl & Ereso MD offices (Mountain View, CA). I am aiming to have my surgery done at the end of April as I will be traveling to Hawaii in June, and want to have ample time of recovery.
Here are some measurements:
Height: 5’2
Weight: 113lbs
Waist: 24”
Before Surgery: AA cup
Breast Width Diameter: approx 13cm
Desired size after Surgery: full C/small D (360cc, high profile)
*i have uploaded some pre-op before photos of my chest size and body shape, and photos of my DIY rice implants that measure to 360cc (I used 1.5 cups of rice)
*i have also including some of my wish pictures.
I’m so excited!

I’m so excited for you! He’s so nice! I have my final pre-op tomorrow afternoon. Are you going to post your experience? xx

Sorry. This is a really late response. I stopped reading here on realself because I was driving myself crazy before my surgery and giving more anxiety. But anyway, yes I will be uploading photos soon.

Consultation, 3/28

*pardon my pre-consultation food baby belly LOL*
I met with Dr. Ereso and his staff and was warmly greeted! I felt super informed and comfortable talking with him - he was open and honest (quite goofy), and took me through the process of breast augmentations, the risks, and the implant choices that were available. He measured my BWD and though I thought I was 13cm, I was way off! My BWD is 11-11.5cm.
I originally thought that the rice implants I created at home (roughly equivalent to a 350cc), would be the right size. However, once I began trying on the implants, I noticed that a 336cc high profile made me look super top heavy. He had me try on 286cc mod profile in my left breast, and a 304cc mod profile in my right (see photos). I really love the 304cc, and might would like to go a tad bigger if my diameter allows it.
Jazz showed me around the operating room and where I’ll be resting for the first 2-3 hours post-op. My surgery is booked for April 22 at 7:30AM!
Concerns: I hope the 304cc mod profile or a slightly bigger size would look well underneath the muscle. I desire to become a full C/small D, and he assured me that I can come back and try out the implants again before surgery. He also mentioned that if a bigger implant fits within my breasts during surgery, he will choose accordingly based on what I want and what will look well with my petite frame.
Getting closer to new boobies!

Just keep in mind that us petite girls look top heavy very fast even with smaller implants. It takes us less CC to go up a cup size and I felt that the male surgeons I visited ignored that fact and all advised 300-400 range which in my option just looked stupid for my frame (123lbs - 5’1) Picture you see online are often ‘’normal size’’ girls and a 350cc implant really is going to look very different on them. I got 270CC anatomical and it looks like I went up with 2 cupsizes. It really depends what look you want to go for, but if you want natural, staying under 300cc is the way to go in my opinion. I have been posting updates myself in case you want to see what a 270cc implant looks like on another petite girl. I don't have your killer bod unfortunately :)

Hi clover! Thanks so much for this, and it’s completely true! Especially when we don’t have much breast tissue. I will check out your post for reference! I have my last pre-op tomorrow. xx

I agree with Clover. I am 11 BWD and went 350cc. They’re beautiful but if I could do it again I wouldn’t have been so opposed to less cc’s andcstaying away from the HP implant.

Thanks so much for this! He ordered a range for me that also includes HP (between 320-345cc) but 345 is too big for me. Since my surgery is early tomorrow morning, I will talk with him more about moderate profile and experiment during surgery! He did assure me that he was going to try multiple implants on me based on what my preference was (perky but naturally full). Thanks again girlie!

Since you have 350cc and share the same BWD as me, what about your breasts now makes you think you’d be more willing to do less cc’s and maybe a moderate profile if you had another chance? I’ve always been told majority of women always wish they would’ve went larger.

What I’ve realized (after the fact) is that with my anatomy my breasts are just simply going to lie further apart no matter what sizing I had chosen. Having high profile on my very thin, narrow frame almost accentuates the space. My surgeon here in Charlotte...wow. As the weeks go by and I’m realizing more what he had to work with I am AMAZED. Really what he’s done for me is beautiful. But if he had had his way I would have stayed in the mod profile which at 11cm would have been fewer cc’s but possibly less accentuated the space and looked less “fake”. I didn’t want to be so small and wish I had gone bigger but now I see that smaller would have still been big on me. Oh well! :)

Hey Clover999! I'm gonna have to check your post. I want natural looking implants, and I don't wanna look too overdone. When I went on my consultation, I tried the 300cc vs 325cc and I thought 325cc was too heavy looking on me. PS said that 25cc should not be much of a difference when it's under the muscle.

Final Pre-Op Appointment Tomorrow!

femininegal
I have my final pre-op tomorrow with Dr. Ereso! Last week, I met with a woman named Shelley who will be my nurse during the surgery (so funny and motherly - love her!). She got started on most of my pre-op documentation and we also tried on implant sizes.

I wanted to try on high profile, as the mod profile implants I tried on during my consultation somehow made me look bigger. In the photos, I tried on 345cc high profile and I LOVE THEMMMM ! Shelley agreed and said they looked very nice on my frame, and much better than the mod profile.

I will be purchasing Exparel to help with post-surgery pain ($350). I will update tomorrow regarding my last pre-op!

xx
