MINI UPDATE
I finally got VS bras after not buying the correct size. Got them on sale on the app. They do hurt a little bit when I sleep on one side too long. When I get something heavy I can feel the muscle flex around my implant. I can feel the implant inside move when I move my arm just under the cup. I try to massage them daily when I can, the scars are the same. That’s pretty much it.

Good luck, Hope all goes well I had 440 cc silicone under the muscle first 10 days sore but I was able to deal with the pain using Tylenol and Motrin went from an A to either a big C or small D I’ll be able to tell once the swelling goes down .
