I see my doc for sizing on Tues, March 21, 2017. Hoping for Round, HP, D cup.
Because I'm so short, I'm looking for upper pole fullness (so my boobs don't become my stomach). I think I'll have to go under the muscle due to very little tissue.
If anyone has ideas for what I should ask for to keep them higher and more projecting (other than Round HP), please let me know!

Hi!! Dr. Reedy is really an artist when it comes to breasts, he will help you achieve the look you're going for and will know exactly which implant is right for you!! I'm SO glad I went with him. Especially after seeing everyone else's posts about the way other docs do things. Can't wait to hear how it goes at your pre-op!!

Oh thank you for your comment, it makes me feel so much better hearing from someone that went to the same doctor! I read the great reviews, but was still unsure. I can't wait for tomorrow, not sure how I'm going to get through work today! I will post how it goes!

Hi there! I had my BA with Dr. Reedy on the 21st of March, I wonder if we crossed paths? I was there at 11am. Anyways I went with 415 Allergan gel implants, under the muscle. I'm not to positive my measurements but I'm 5'7 140lbs. And previously wore a 34A that also had a large gap at the top. I always felt like I had to lift my boobs back on top of the padding bc I wore the VS double cup bra. My healing process is going very well! But I definitely have limitations. I'm going back to work on Tuesday so hopefully that goes well. Go with your gut on the size, I worked with Tammy and at first she suggested 365 (maybe it was 375 cant quit remember) but once we tried them on we both thought the 415 was the best with my body shape. I have a small rib cage but larger bottom. So I say try on as much as you can! Hey that's what your paying for right? Got to make sure your getting the most bang for your buck. Good luck with everything! Also just a tip I've learned from working with Dr. Reedy is make sure you are VERY CLEAR with want you want, we had a little hiccup before my surgery that left me with a bad taste in my mouth but its my fault for not being 100% clear. That's how ya learn right! Good luck hun ❤❤❤

Wow, we were there at the same time! My appt was for 9:40 but he was in OR, so he didn't come in the room until around 11:00. He probably left to do your surgery right after my consult! Are yours Allergan Inspira SRF? I'm so glad to hear you are doing well! Are you happy with the size now?
I think I messed up by telling him I want conservative - I plan to correct that when I go back for pre-op. My frame is tiny, but he didn't tell me my exact BWD. I plan to tell him to max me out, because I do think he was thinking much smaller - thanks for the tip, I will be very direct and to the point now! Good luck with your recovery!

Yes my implants are 415cc SRF Natrelle Inspira. And I'm very happy with the size I chose. I think they are going to be exactly what I was looking for. And I cant wait for this summer!!! My recovery is going very well, I'm able to do just about everything but I do get a tad sore if I lay down for a bit. Or try to bend over/lift things to quick. Its all a learning experience and I'm glad its going so well. Best of luck to ya lady!!

Good luck at your first day at work! I could only take off five days, so I'm really hoping for a speedy recovery LOL

I requested 2 weeks of light duty. Maybe you can do the same?

I wish, but I'll have to go back. I work in an office, but each way is an hour drive and I usually work around 12 hour days - fingers crossed that I'll make it through!

Dr didn't recommend a lift?

Sizing consult today, considering Inspira SRF 335 cc. Too small?

User Avatar
LissaPA
So they're recommending 335 cc, Inspira cohesive silicone, SRF (smooth, responsive gel, Full projection) which I thought looked fine stuffed in the bra. I was happy, but now when I looked this up, it appears that most women who got between 300 and 350 wish they would've gone bigger - UGH! Don't want to regret going too small, but I also don't want to look top heavy. I'm a very small A cup now, so I'm thinking this will bring me to a C. If anyone has any thoughts, please let me know?!? Not sure if I should ask for bigger when I go to preop? My preop appointment is April 10, my surgery is April 20. Help please?!?

Hey lady!! I went with 365 and they are really big haha!!! I have a tiny frame. I think I got a little carried away. I will DEFINITELY be at least a D at the end of the day.
March 22, 2017
Not at the end of the day. Figure of speech. At the end of 6 months maybe!! If Dr. Reedy made that recommendation, I think you should stick with it. 335 will probably give you a nice shaped C, not too fake looking, but not ridiculous pornstar looking cleavage. My boobs look borderline pornstar with 365cc's. We will see how they settle. Steph talked me up a few sizes. I wanted 325 at first but changed at my preop.

Thanks for your reply. He must've used a different kind on you, for the brand he is using on me, the next size up is 370. It is silicone under the muscle. Are yours silicone under the muscle too? I really didn't talk to him too much about sizing, he left Steph and me alone for that part. She thought 335 grams would be good, but we never showed Doc which one we chose. I'm wondering if he will be more involved regarding size at my preop appointment? My other option is possibly high profile ( extra full) where I can keep the same diameter but more grams of gel. But Steph did not really seem to like hp too much, and I figure she knows better than me. But I do like pictures on this site of hp, especially in petite girls, because they're not too fake/pointy unless you get around 500+, in my opinion anyway . I was fine until I came home and googled size 335, and found disappointed women that thought they were too small. I don't want to go through all of this and still feel small! I did not try the 370 gms on because Stephanie felt that I should stop at 335. Maybe I should just ask to see 370 at preop and the 12 diameter HP, which is 415 I believe . I just don't know how well you could tell the difference stuffing them into that bra when they are just a few grams different. Wow I can't believe I became so indecisive, not normally a problem for me! If you are happy with yours, maybe I should go with your size. What brands did you get?

I checked out your review, you look amazing! Congratulations!
March 23, 2017
He used Inspira moderate plus gel. It's just a little less than high profile. He made a recommendation for size based on what I said I wanted and then left Steph and I alone to pick and choose, and we stayed in that range, which he was happy about at my pre-op appointment, where he reviews your pick and takes a look at them while the sizer bra is on. Steph said she usually convinces people to go larger than what he says!! But if she did NOT do that with you, I can only assume they are making recommendations to truly give you the results you are looking for. If you want to stay a C, which is originally what I wanted too, I would take their advice! Any larger and you'll probably be a D. I went a little bigger because I thought, why not? I'm coming this far to do it, might as well have big ones!! Mine are under the muscle, which is what he recommended. Mine are round and not pointy at all. But my natural breasts were never pointy to begin with. They have PLENTY of profile haha. I'm really happy with the recommendations they made for me. They know their stuff!!! As for people's reviews about being disappointed with size, Im the opposite! If anything maybe I should have stuck with 325cc, because I'm very thin, and have a tiny body. But it sure is nice having these nice big boobs!! Except for the surgical garment bra you are supposed to wear for 3 weeks post op. It's hard to hide it under clothes!! I wear scrubs to work so it's not TOO bad. No one at work can tell unless I've told them. At home I've been wearing button down shirts or hoodies to cover the bra. I have to wear it for one more week!!! Ahhh!!
March 23, 2017
Thank you so much!!! :) In the coming weeks I'm expecting them to drop and soften and round out even more. I can't wait to have a nice slope in the upper pole. It's still a little boxy.

In my heart deep down I think I do want D-ish more than C-ish but my only fear is that it will be too obvious until they "settle" and I can remove that big ugly bra. I don't plan to tell anyone. I currently wear a really big padded bra in size B that is supposed to add 2 cup sizes, so I'm thinking it won't be too bad. I think I told them I wanted to be more conservative than I really do. I don't think yours look too big at all, which is why I think I might tell them I change my mind about the whole conservative thing. Just not sure what I'm going to wear to work for the first few weeks. I work in an office. I don't have a really big clothes because I'm pretty small. I'm glad to hear he spends more time on size during preop, that makes me feel better. I think I'll try the 335 and 370 when I'm there next time, and see what he says. Thanks so much for all your insight! You are extremely helpful!

Probably a bit late for my comment, but the size recommended I think is good unless you want big boobs. You may want them now, but trust me most likely when you are older you will be glad you are a C rather than a D. I went from 400cc's high profile over the muscle due to being a swimsuit lingerie model. Eventually one ruptured and I downsized to 350cc's under the muscle for lower profile. I still wear a 34D and have a petite frame. My size is good, but I wouldn't have minded being a C cup instead which would be about the size implant your doctor recommended. Big boobs may be sexy when your young, but can look matronly as we reach menopause and aging. That's my opinion. If that's you in the pic I see, you look great.

I am 5'1 just had my BA 4 days ago went 560cc under the muscle love them I wanted big but 560cc wasn't as big as I thought they would be so Id say go towards the bigger end of what your comfortabe with.

Once they settle you will like them better, don't worry! I could not go any bigger than 495, that is The biggest my Doc could fit safely, I have a tiny rib cage. But I am very happy with them now! It Is hard enough to get bras to fit at this size LOL

Well, since I've been stalking pics of everyone else, I figured it was only fair that I post some of my own. I'm not good at taking selfies, so I had trouble getting side pics (that cut my face off). This was very hard for me, since I NEVER take naked pics, I hate even looking at myself naked, but I felt that I needed to since this site has helped me so much. So here goes...

ha! this site is creepy and embarrassing, but it is so helpful and great to get opinions. The "before" pics are so awful though, I can't look at them!

I typed out this long ass response to this the other night and hit X by a mistake!! What I was saying was that I've never felt so relieved to have a place to be able to actually talk about my worst insecurities. (Small sagging boobs, inverted nipple). I hid them for almost my whole life, embarrassed and ashamed. So to be able to show people on here and not be afraid, knowing others on here understand, was so liberating to me! We are feeling true empathy for one another here! You guys GET it!! Like no one else in my life ever has! I love looking back on my story I'm documenting and seeing the changes in myself. I also love seeing others on here grow and become more confident and fulfilled! It's incredible!! We were all beautiful before, and have people that love us no matter what. But we have chosen to change ourselves physically to gain confidence. There's nothing wrong with that :) I really like this site!! It's been empowering!! I think you will feel the same way after your surgery!
