Scar Update

I’ve been using Silagen scar cream and Cicalfate cream & my scars have not gone away): I’m over 1 year post-op and don’t know what to do. I did everything my dermatologist suggested like massaging the incision area to break down stitches back when it was around 6-12months post op… but im scared it’s gonna look like this and not go away?? Is anyone else struggling with darkened scars and/or slightly bumpy scars?? Not sure why this is happening.

I had a darker incision but then I had a laser skin resurfacing treatment done to make it lighter. I’ve heard that the appearance of scars can also be affected my genetics and natural pigmentation of the skin.
did it get significantly lighter?? like was it worth doing the resurfacing?

Hi there! I don't want to assume but you look Asian to me and possibly Southeast Asian. I'm Filipina. The reason why I said that is because of our skin pigmentation. I'm 11 months post op and asked my doctor why my scars haven't faded much. He said because of my skin pigmentation, scarring tends to be darker and more pronounced, hence there really is no way to lighten it up a whole lot. He told me if I do skin laser treatment, it might lighten the scar but make the surrounding areas darker or just make the scar even worse. He advised me I'm better off just leaving them alone and/or continuing using scar creams that might help a little in lightening them. Good luck!

9 Month PO Scar Update

Hi guys,
So my boobies are looking and feeling great… however, my scars are still looking VERY DARK and it’s freaking me out!!! I’ve been using Silagen scar cream as recommended by my dermatologist and it is not working as well as I want it to!! also my scars aren’t completely flat yet, is this normal?? they’re like slightly bumpy? Pls I’m freaking out I don’t want them to remain dark forever

Hey girl, the boobies look great!!! I have 350 right now and I'm getting them redone... I was thinking 475cc (w/o implants I'm super flat!) so this gives me kindof an idea of how they will turn out. Thanks for adding a video!!! sometimes I look at before and after pictures and you really can't tell as well as a vid.... I was going back and forth between 410cc and 475cc.. I think I'm going 475!! Thanks again and enjoy the ladies!

How my 475cc implants look in clothes

I’m not wearing a bra under any of these outfits (except for the one with a blue sports bra of course). I’m loving how perky and round they look and am very happy with my choice of the high profile after having them for 7 months now.

Around 3-4months post op I thought I wanted moderate profile, but I actually like how these high profile implants look underneath tshirts and sports bras. The cleavage area of course is not as close together as it would be for the wider moderate implants, but I’m thankful that my anatomy allows for a decent cleavage even with the high profile & that I didn’t have a lot of tissue before.

So happy with how they look & can FINALLY wear low cut dresses and feel amazing in them.
