I decided on 475cc high profile Sientra silicone implants

I wanted to see a doctor in Northern Virginia who would make me feel like a priority as soon as I walked through the door & I got that experience with Dr. Hess! After my first consultation with him, I put my deposit down for my breast augmentation immediately because I felt so welcome and trusted him to perform my procedure.
His personality is awesome and I loved his staff. I just had my pre-op appointment yesterday with him and decided on 475cc high profile Sientra silicone implants. Going into pre-op I was SO nervous about the sizing process but he made it so easy!!! He let me try on around 10-15 sizers to compare which one I like the best and I ultimately liked the way these looked on me.
He really cared about what I had to say and I feel like he took my body into perspective when helping me pick while implant profile would look the best & fit my goals! I’m so excited for my surgery on May 24!

It’s been around 24 hours since BA surgery and I feel really good! I’m able to fully lift my arms up and above my head since I’m religiously following Dr. Hess’ Rapid Recovery Program. Yesterday after surgery I took a nap for 2 hours, ate chicken noodle soup for lunch, took a shower, then went to Tropical Smoothie with my boyfriend to get an afternoon snack. I didn’t feel nauseated after the anesthesia so that was a major plus!
I was scared about being in pain since my tolerance is low, but it just feels like I have Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness (DOMS) after doing a chest workout in the gym. It’s not unbearable at all & most people don’t even know I got the surgery done.

It’s been 1 week since my surgery and I feel back to normal again! I’ve just been taking ibuprofen for pain now and haven’t had to take percocet since yesterday at 5am. I’m working from home so I’ve been relaxing all week and it felt great. I only ended up taking 1 sick day on the day of surgery & I didn’t need to take off for the rest of the week!
My sides and stomach have finally stopped swelling excessively and now I can wear tight shirts and tank tops again, instead of baggy tshirts!!
