I realized I should post pictures of how my breasts looked day 1 post op to now & show how much they changed! Some days they looked uneven, or one looked bigger then the other..

I think its important for others to know (because I didnt) that your implants might look smaller at first so don't get upset if they don't look much different. They change so much & we don't realize until we look back at photos. So i suggest you take a bunch often! I was sad at first thinking I should of went bigger & had alot of anxiety thinking I spent all that $ & didn't get what I wanted! So don't be like me & freak out! Just give it time!

I've always been small chested & finally had $ to get BA. I'm 4'11 & 105lbs. My bra size before was a AA & I wanted to be a D. Dr. Z & his crew were amazing! I had my images taken to see how many ccs would give me the results I wanted which made the process that much easier! We decided 455ccs under the muscle with transaxillary incisions (under the armpit) would be perfect! Surgery day went quick & smoothly!! I was sore for 4 days total. The first couple days, I couldn't dress myself/pull my pants up & down. I also needed help getting up & down from a sitting position because of the incisions under my armpits. The muscle relaxers were the biggest help! But ice packs were my best friends too!! My left breast dropped almost immediately, the right took a lil longer which is normal! They began to "drop & fluff" as well as get super soft & squishy! They feel so real & look natural too! My husband & I can't get enough of them! After 32 yrs of feeling self conscious over my small chest, I FINALLY am confident in my own skin, & can wear everything I always wanted but never could before!
