After 9 months from my breast augmentation this is how it looks like now. Not too big and not too small. My both breast are already soft. I noticed when im doing exercise i can feel that there is something inside my breast. Bouncy and a bit uncomfortable. Not in a way of painful, its just that you know that there is something in your breast. Sometimes i’m using push up bra or using good sportsbra when im jumping or running. The scar still there. I’m going back to m surgeon for my 2nd injection of steroid to help shrinking my scar. My best recommendation is follow your surgeon advise and if you know that you cant still move and ou cant still back to your daily routine dont force it! It will slowly your healing process and we dont want anything to happen to our precious breast ????
