They’re so much less sore. Way squishier. Still a little numb under the nipple and nipples very sensitive. Still VERY high and round on top though. Not sure if they will drop any more but I really hope they do. I really wanted higher looking nipples. Oh well. I do have mild pectus excavatum so there is some space between them. Was hoping the cleavage was a little closer but that’s just me being picky. They are nice and full now. I probably would’ve gone even bigger now that I see them but the nurse did say they won’t be at their final shape and everything until 6 months to a year. Thank gosh. Patience is key, I keep reminding myself that.

Another Update

So I had my surgery 11 days ago now. They’re dropping very slowly but we’re getting there. I’m really hoping my underboob fills out eventually ????
I’ve noticed now since I started moving more I’m having a lot of pain under my left breast where the incision is but only on the far left. It hurts when I move a certain way or accidentally touch it but it’s not a sharp pain it’s almost like a pulled muscle. And it’s not right on the incision, it’s a little deeper. Going to ask the doctor about it. Even the band of my sports bra hurts it. Hoping it goes away soon because my right boob barely hurts at all.
Lastly, they’re getting squishier every day and I lay on them 15 mins a night and it actually feels good now, like it relieves the pressure. Also my nipples were completely numb after surgery but now they’re extremely sensitive, so sensitive it’s painful. Still slightly numb underneath them though. Still so worth it though :)

You're looking great so far! They're is still plenty of time for more drop and fluff so I'm sure you will fill out more underneath as time goes on. I'm sorry to hear you're having a bit of pain in the left one and hopefully it's nothing to worry about. Also glad to hear your sensation came back in your nipples. That's one of my biggest fears, losing sensation.

Thanks! Ya definitely didn’t lose it, it’s like back x10 Just the air when I take my sports bra off hurts lol

Ohhh you poor thing! I hear that's kind of common though because the nerve does get a bit irritated. Hopefully that will subside soon!

They look amazing! I hope the pain goes away. I hear it’s common for one breast to be a little more sensitive to pain on every woman. My surgery is scheduled for 7/21. I’m super excited. I’m getting a breast lift with implants so I’m nervous about the numbness. If it does go away, I sure hope it comes back. Please update us on your pain. I hope it subsides soon.

Thank you! And that’s so exciting congratulations. And I will :)

Yes I have experienced the same thing with my left breast! As soon as the numbing wore off the left side was extremely sensitive and burned. It gets better everyday I am massaging them as well. I use a topical numbing if pain gets to uncomfortable as recommended by my surgeon! The more active I have got I noticed its start to be more bearable. Best wishes to you on this journey and congratulations!!!!

Did you get over or under the muscle?
July 13, 2020
I got under the muscle 415cc silicone smooth round high profile implants I wore an a cup prior but did not really fill it out. My right side has been fine. I am left handed so I think they may play some role in the slower healing.

Did you get over or under the muscle?

Day 3-4 after surgery.

Already squishier. Still very high and nipples pointing low. So much roundness on top, not a lot underneath. Already stopped taking any Tylenol. They don’t hurt that much except for right underneath my left boob, almost behind the incision, feels like a pulled muscle and hurts whenever I move it a strange way. Also, the weirdest thing, when I touch the edge of the implant where the cleavage is on the top/inside of my right breast I feel a sharp poke on the inside of my shoulder. Like the nerves are somehow confused there. So strange.
I’m trying to hide this from family so I told everyone I’m camping and have been stuffing months before surgery but I realized as soon as I hug someone they’re gonna tell. They’re so hard and pokey right now lol oh well

They look so amazing already. I'm sorry to hear you're having some painful poking sensation. It does sound like maybe a nerve is aggravated, so hopefully that subsides soon. Overall sounds like your recovery is going great though! Looking forward to more updates.

Also good luck hiding it from your family. I decided to tell a couple family members and they stressed me out enough that I decided I'm not telling anyone else. It's your body, your decision and it shouldn't matter to anyone else. I'm already preparing myself for questions from others once I get them done though.

Aw man, sorry to hear that, that’s super stressful. And same, I’m already prepared for questions in case my pre-stuffing wasn’t enough lol thanks for the love and support though! Definitely means a lot considering the people on here are the only people who know aside from 3 friends lol
