I couldn't believe that I had paid $6,000 to botch myself

If I could give Krau 0 stars I would! This man BOTCHED me. I was extremely excited to have my breast augmentation surgery and should have noticed all the red flags from the jump.
First off, living in Miami my whole life I had heard of him by word of mouth that he was good at boob jobs. I didn't think twice about it given his impressive instagram profile and opted in an email consultation. I received my quote and got so excited that I booked the surgery. When it came to putting my card down, his team was so nice and friendly. After that, they could have cared less about me. I tried calling and reaching out through the Klarna app that he uses, it was almost impossible to reach them. They could give a [RS bleep] about you or your needs.
When I got there for my pre-op, the nurse was there and didn't help me choose a size or anything. I basically went into surgery having picked 450 cc with no guidance besides reference pics from his instagram. The day of surgery, I arrived at 12 pm and wasn't seen until 3 pm where the front desk girls didn't bother to give me updates. I saw 2 other girls in the waiting room with compression socks and baggy clothes and was wondering what kind of surgeries he is doing that there's 2 other girls waiting at the same time as me. I didn't see him until 5 minutes before surgery where I asked him if 450 cc was too big for my body and he replied, "why are you looking for trouble?" What does that even mean????
Anyways, I went onto the table and within 30 minutes they were rushing me out of the room into the car so they could put the next girl on the table. It was ridiculous! They didn't care that I was in pain, nor did they tell me to eat something with my pain meds so I was in agony for 20 minutes while my mom was trying to get to the closest store to grab me a bite for the meds.
3 months later I notice my boobs are dropping crazy fast and I just knew that they weren't going to stop. 6 months mark rolls around and I'm in tears because these implants are sunken low into my armpits. I really couldn't believe that I had paid $6,000 to botch myself. I used to have small perky boobs that never caused me any real limitations to clothes like open back, string bikini, braless tops, etc. Now, I was so uncomfortable in my body that when I didn't wear a bra, I developed a habit of holding my boobs with my forearms. I looked like I had breastfed 3 children within a year. I didn't know what to do, so I reached out and sent them pictures and told them I originally asked for galaflex but Krau said he doesn't do them for initial augmentations, but rather only revisions. The first girl that responded told me I can pay $9,000 for a new surgery and I was furious that they were trying to make me pay again when I needed to go through another surgery for something that was out of my control. They ended up giving me a quote of $3500 with free galaflex and capsulloraphy to reduce the internal breast tissue pocket. The price was from "un-waivable fees" for operating room, anesthesia fee, anesthesiologist and whatever [RS bleep]. That's when I realized that there was no way I should allow this guy another chance to botch me. Especially after I read reviews on realself of other women experiencing the same "bottomed out" results and going through another surgery with him just to have their breasts relapse again.
My breasts literally haunted me. I wished I had my old boobs! I wished I had a permanent bra just to feel comfortable. I was stuck with these saggy titties that took up half my body! I was truly so sad and no longer confident in my body, I lost all my mojo. I didn't look at myself the same after that surgery. Thankfully, I found another surgeon who I instantly clicked with and felt heard.
I am currently recovering from my second surgery. She made me feel so comfortable, listened to what I wanted, checked in on me before and after surgery, and the whole team was so caring and accommodating. It really put everything into perspective of how dumb I was to put my life in Krau's hands given how his office's door handle is about to fall off and he could care less to fix something so simple to provide his patients a better experience. Please don't go to this clown! He seriously should be put out of business for his neglect and wrongdoing of patients. Please do your research and make sure you find a doctor that will listen to you and treat you right!
