445cc, what I asked for, not what I needed - wish I went smaller most days

I have wanted a breast augmentation since I was 14, I got my breast augmentation 10 years later and I was so excited. My first consultation I choose 405 ccs, medium profile. We planned to do under the muscle. After doing more research and hearing women say they wish they went bigger, I started to freak out and I spoke to my doctor about it. He told me most of his patients have the same sentiment so I decided to go up to 445 ccs. After my breast augmentation, I was mostly sore and extremely uncomfortable. It wasn't painful but it was frustrating the garments I had to wear, the positions I slept in and the lack of agency. Nevertheless, I was able to fly out of the country 2 weeks later. I don't regret my breast augmentation because it was the best thing for me at the time but I do wish I went smaller most days. My breasts are slightly asymmetrical and I realize now they always have been, they were just so small before it was hard to tell.
