440cc Anatomical (Teardrop) High Profile Silicone Implants

I am 25, 5ft and sit around the 50kg mark. I started with an A cup or very small B cup with slight tuberous breasts. Dr Wessels suggested teardrop implants with a small amount of fat inserted into my cleavage to receive the best possibly result for a nice cleavage and fullness as that was my main desire. I couldn’t have been more amazed and happy with my results and I am only 1 week post op. For me, pain was very minimal and definitely no where near as bad as I expected however I know that is different for everyone. I was worried that 440cc was going to be too big for my body and height but honestly I think I went to the perfect size.
