Underwire bra shopping- 3 mos

Today I finally bought underwire bras from Victoria’s Secret and for measured. It’s been 3 months and a few days since surgery and I’m a 34DD!! This was the first positive bra shopping experience I’ve ever had and I ended up buying three bras (2 push-up). My breasts are very full and perfectly fit my frame as you can see in the t-shirt pic. My scar that had the spitting suture is still a little dark bc it’s healing slower, but other than that no real updates. I love my new girls and love how confident and sexy I feel now.

Thank you for sharing your story. I got the same kind of implants about 3.5 weeks ago. How long did it take for them to soften? Mine still feel hard.
By about 6 weeks they were jiggling. Definitely by two months they felt like apart of me!
My right one seems firmer and I have some soreness on that side when I cough. Hopefully it's normal but my ribs on that side almost feel bruised. Thank you for your response and you look great!
Who was your Dr? Looking good thus far. Can't wait for your next update!

Almost 2 months post op

My breasts have dropped to a lovely place! Because they are highly cohesive, they’re not super jiggly but do move when I shake them. Right now I’m still nursing one of my incisions that isn’t healing up well in the middle- there’s a tiny gap in my suture. My Dr. Gave me ointment with antibiotics in it and I’ll be following up in a few more days. She also removed another spitting suture. For some reason my body really did not like the sutures on that one side and refused to dissolve them! Today was my first day back in the gym and did a low-impact toning class. I like how my breasts frame my shape and couldn’t be happier. So anxious to buy sexy bras! I’m glad I got my surgery done in the winter so come spring time I can wear any type of bra I want and will be healed by then

They look AWSOME!! What’s your stats? (height/weight)
Thank you!! I’m 5,6, fluctuate between 135-145 pounds. Right now on the heavier end because I had my surgery right around thanksgiving and couldn’t exercise over the holidays during my recovery. Working off that holiday weight now!
You look great! How was your experience going to back to the gym? I am still so scared of working out.
I haven’t done any real lifting/chest work. I did yoga one day and during one stretch i felt a little tightness on one breast, but it’s the same side that’s been slower healing due to the spitting suture. I feel good working out doing cardio and some weights otherwise. But I did start slowly doing low impact first. I probably won’t do real upper body work for another month or so just to be on the safe side. The only thing I’ve done is some triceps work and light curls but I haven’t lifted anything heavy overhead or done bench presses. And when I flex my pectoral muscles I can feel the implant shift/move with it. I did a few pushups and felt then in my chest. But nothing painful of course. I love how much better I look in my workout clothes now and understand the importance of a supportive sports bra!
