Breast augmentation at 44— I've never had breasts and been an A cup my entire life.

Not much to add today and breasts are still high and hard and swollen. Some pain tinges under left breast and bruising on breastbone and by hernia repair. Fully off pain meds and occasionally taking Tylenol. Resting and napping still and I’m off until Friday. I’ll update again tomorrow.

This is right before my surgery. A cups, umbilical hernia, and long projected nipples. I am getting the nipple projection reduced at 3 months post op as an in office procedure. Breastfeeding 3 kiddos really took its toll.

Here is my pre op photo with my A cups and umbilical hernia. I also have my day 2 and 3 photos here. High, hard and swollen but I can tell they are going to be gorgeous! 430UHP.
I’m feeling so great today. Only some tightness and back muscle pain so took a hot shower and blasted it on my back. I’m very gentle when showering the front and am talking care to not use my arms to lift, pull or push anything.
