420cc Ultra High Implants. One Bigger Than the Other.

I had my breast surgery 18th June 2021. At first I was happy with the results. But over time my left breast is bigger than my right, its feels fuller also. When I wear a bra the left bulges out more than my right and also when I bend forward you can see the size difference. My PS said he thought it looked fine when I mentioned this to him beginning of 2022. He also stated I wasn't able to go any bigger and he also couldn't see how he could correct the size difference as my left rib cage was stuck out more to the size meaning my breast would stick out to the side more too. Just feel really disappointed as it wasn't the outcome I expected.
