Excellent Choice for Trans Women!
WORTH IT$18,139
I heard about Dr. Chaudhry after receiving FFS from Dr. Rolfes at the same clinic they both practiced at, Omni Cosmetic. Looking at Reddit and talking with my endocrinologist suggested that Dr. Chaudhry had plenty of experience understanding the unique nuances of performing breast augmentation on trans women. Scheduling a consultation wasn't difficult and took little time. Dr. Chaudhry came off as a very knowledgeable surgeon; I had a general idea of the size I wanted and expressed my concerns about looking too "top-heavy" from my broader shoulders and Dr. Chaudhry put my concerns at ease and we quickly settled on 420cc silicone implants under the muscle. The surrounding staff working under Dr. Chaudhry were all extremely kind and made me feel relaxed in what could have easily been an uncomfortable setting.
It took about 2 months between consultation and receiving the operation. I had little issue getting my insurance (BCBS MN) to approve the procedure. The Omni Cosmetic staff were quick to respond to my insurance questions and promptly submitted all necessary paperwork as it was received. The price I put in this review was the total cost charged to my insurance, including anesthesiology and operation room charges. I only had to pay about 10% of that price out of pocket.
I was given several documents that clearly stated what I needed to do before and after the surgery. On the day of surgery, I was prepped by friendly and professional staff at the clinic and met with Dr. Chaudhry before going under. His cheery and light-hearted disposition helped alleviate my anxiety as he marked me for the operation. He decided to set the implants about an inch lower than where the base of my natural breasts rested to result in a torso that more closely resembled a typical cis woman's. The operation took about 90 minutes and it didn't take long for me to be able to ween off of prescribed painkillers and resume living independently.
I was pretty bloated and there was a lot of bruising around the incisions (especially the left breast) during the 1 week I took off from work. The bruising on my left breast was not going away and I communicated this to Dr. Chaudhry's staff. They were quick to respond and I had a semi-urgent unscheduled 2 week post-op appointment to make sure it wasn't a capsular contraction. Dr. Chaudhry was satisfied that wasn't the case and I was asked to massage the tissue several times a day.
By the time I had my scheduled 1 month post-op, the bruising had been reduced significantly thanks to the massages. I had an allergic reaction to the prescribed Zafirlukast and Dr. Chaudhry prescribed the alternative Montelukast promptly but stressed that at that point it probably wouldn't be necessary. I ended up breaking out in hives about a month after starting Montelukast so dropped the medication altogether.
I recently had my 3 month post-op to officially graduate from the procedure. The picture attached was taken 93 days after my operation. I'd say it's been a massive success - I'm very satisfied with how everything looks and it has reduced my dysphoria substantially while out in public. I've received compliments from friends and family and it has been a very positive experience for me overall.
I'd recommend Dr. Chaudhry to any trans woman who wishes to pursue breast augmentation - especially if you're in or around the Minnesota area. He did an excellent job, always seemed eager to see me and see how the recovery was going, and answered any questions I had with great expertise.

Looking good
Hey you look great! money well spent! got to be very happy with the results, do you know what size you are now?
Thank you! I'm very satisfied with the results. I wear a 36C now.
Wow you look amazing

18k is absolutely insane.
Boob jobs are around 5k usually.
Were you on HRT prior?
What size were you before (did you have any growth already)?
Are those moderate profile implants?
Over or under the muscle?
Silicone, saline or gummy bears?
Round or tear shaped?
I was on HRT, weekly estradiol injections for just over 2 years as of the time I got BA. I did have some breast tissue already. It's difficult to be able to accurately say what size I was prior. Websites said my dimensions were about a 32-34B, and that bra size fit comfortably, so I'll go with that. These implants have significantly increased my size and bras fit better now. I haven't gotten an official measurement post-BA yet.
I believe they're moderate profile and round shaped. I know they're under the muscle and silicone.
Sorry that I left so much information out in my post! I appreciate you leaving this comment so I could provide more details.
