Love love love my implants. No wonder this procedure has such a high worth it rating! I love that Dr. Maggi gave me a natural set but with enough upper pole and volume that they feel done but not over done! Also super glad the ladies advised me to go with 415cc because I think I would’ve regretted going smaller. Forgive my unofficial photos. These are from my camera roll as I’ve had some requests for an update.

Aww, thanks! I love them! And I chose Dr Maggi for his natural results. I’ll post a video for sure! Mine are a little firm because I chose the ssf implant because it was supposed to be better for smaller breasts, doesn’t ripple as much they say. It’s a more cohesive implant so more firm. Honestly, I would not pay for the upgraded implant like I did (it was $800 upgrade fee) and just get the normal silicone cause mine are more firm than some of my friends with implants. Thank you for the compliments!

You are obviously a creep. I’ve looked all the comments you leave on breast augs. You’ve literally said “nice tits” to women and ask us all for more pics. You are obviously man using this site to get off. You’re disgusting and stop looking at our photos for your pleasure. I will be reporting you to real self and stop creeping on my photos.

What was your height and weight at the time of surgery, if you don't mind me asking? I am looking at 345 or less or more 20 cc in Soft touch implants.

5’6 about 125 lbs. I’m so glad I went with 415cc. It’s about a c cup. Large C cup.

Yes! Should have done this procedure years ago. My BF just gave me all these bra sets for Xmas, first year I’ve been able to fit a C cup and been excited about getting lingerie!

Everything is settling nicely. I’ve got one trouble spot with my left incision that isn’t healing great, I think I’m spitting a stitch. Other than that they’ve softened tremendously and are dropping, still not working out my upper body to help the implants settle. The worst part of all this is getting out of your workout routine. I’m totally off workouts and feel yuck!
Other than that I’m very pleased and have been spending way too much money online shopping for my new body.

Do you have an update? And did you know your bwd? I feel like I have a similar body type as you and am getting my surgery in January. Wanting to see how yours settled!

Yea! I love love love them. Actually kind of shocked to see my befores on this post. I don’t regret doing this at all! What is bwd? I’ll post pics now

They are looking great!!! Bwd is breast width diameter. Your PS needs that measurement to see what range of cc’s will fit in the breast pocket. My diameter is 14cm which is kind of on the bigger side. My PS recommends 485 ccs. I’m wanting to be about as big as you are, so just seeing what yours was to compare! But if you didn’t know what bwd was, then I’m guessing you don’t know yours! lol. Thanks for the update!

I would absolutely go with what your PS recommends. I’m so glad I listened to Maggi and his team and did 415ccs. I think I would have been disappointed with the size otherwise. I also feel like I could gone bigger and still been happy. But I love that they’re not overly large. I’m not sure my bwd, lol. Best of luck! It’s an exciting process!

Yes I’m trying to trust him and what he believes will be best for me! Thanks so much.

3 weeks post op

Went in for my 3 week post op yesterday and everything is looking normal. They are still high and tight and the ladies told me I need to stretch and do more massage. Ideally someone else would massage my breasts under the armpits at the top of the implant to help them drop. I don't have a partner to do this so I may be required to go in and have their office do it, we'll see how they drop over the next 3 weeks. I am scheduled to go back for my 6 week follow up in a few weeks and they will determine then if I require in office massage.
I am having one concern that I am going to ask the RealSelf community which is broken blood vessels all around my nipples and on the underside of my breast. I am hoping this is temporary and not permanent. I know my skin is stretched like crazy and maybe that caused the broken capillaries. I can do IPL to help that situation but I'd prefer not to have to. Has anyone else had this problem? I will post pics showing the vessels .

Did you ever find out why the broken blood vessels and pain on the underside of one? I’m almost 4 weeks post op and my right breast is kind of the same way and very tender on the outer side of my breast and underneath. It’s really making me worry. Thanks!
