5’5 150 Lbs Athletic Build, 415 CC Mod+ Profile, Under the Muscle

Everything is going well. My right nipple still aches dang it lol. They look more and more natural everyday. My shape is 100x better than the before. Although, I feel like the more they “settle” the smaller they seem. Is this just the swelling going down? Am I crazy?

I still have boob greed. But this size looks natural on me, I no longer feel like my boobs are disproportionately small on my body :) most of the pain is gone except for some soreness around the incisions and OMG my right nipple aches all day, every day. Not sure if you’ll be able to tell by the picture but it still struggles to get hard compared to the left. I’m hoping this aching means the nerves are waking up and things will be back to normal. Even if it doesn’t, I still think it’s worth it. Implants are still sitting high on my chest under the muscle but I’m actually trying to take advantage of this time that I have major cleavage lol. I’ll update as things start settling in more.

Just wanted to update that I had my post op today and had my tape removed. Doctor sad everything is going great! She actually recommended not massaging as she thinks they’re dropping at a good pace already. Going to wash the incisions with antibacterial soap and put on neosporin for next 4 days per her request, I’m going to try to start scar cream at 2 weeks. I will also be using oil or lotion on my boobs as my skin is tight and interestingly my nipples are chafing lol. I added a before and after because wow what a difference! Also to show how red/swollen my nipples get occasionally
