415/450cc Overs / Silicone / Mod Profile - best money ever spent

415/450cc Overs / Silicone / Mod Profile

WORTH IT
As a small booby girl, since roughly 16/17yrs I knew this was something I wanted to consider in years to come when finances allowed but wasn’t a real serious consideration until I was 24, 1 year postpartum and having had a weight fluctuation of roughly 4 stone!! I didn’t breastfeed but I found engorgement after giving birth so painful, I’m sure the way I massaged my boobs to ease discomfort added to the sagging of my boobs, but who knows. They went from a B up to a engorged and overweight D/DD ish then all the way back again. Anyway, I lost the weight, felt great, but there was a a missing piece for me and I just wanted to fill out clothes, feel confident with my boobs etc etc. To add to this timings were probably the best they’d be for a while and I get married in March 23. Now was the time to just do it.
I only saw the one surgeon, but his reviews were absolutely fantastic and on initial consultation I went away super excited, questions answered and keen for the next step. I did consider seeing another surgeon and would always recommend getting more than one opinion but ultimately I did a tonne of in depth research, knew that the outcome was always going to be better no matter what and my surgery needed to be timed right (consultation June, surgery October). I was content with my decision to proceed.
My surgeon did recommend I had a slight breast lift and liposuction on my left boob due to grade 1 ptosis to optimise symmetry etc. Whilst I appreciated the advice and agree the results would have been more “perfect”, perfection is not what where I set my expectations due to a) bigger and potential 2 stage procedure more money, more time, more faffing with a 1 yr old at home. B) filling out my clothes and my inner confidence with just having boobs with some volume was more important to me than aesthetic perfection.
On 2nd consultation, my surgeon and I agreed on 415cc silicone semi smooth high profile over the muscle implants. Over the muscle made more sense for me due to my active lifestyle coupled with the fact we needed to fill the loss of volume. Fast forward to October 3rd and I had the most incredible experience when admitted for my surgery. The care was exceptional, I felt at ease and honestly it wasn’t really painful at all. Just the tightness and inability to lay down, shower, dress etc (the usual stuff that pretty much everyone says about post BA). Everything went really well, my surgeon ended up putting a 450cc in on the right as this boob was smaller to naturally the 415cc looked bigger due to more existing breast tissue on the left. I was SO pleased he did this and was definitely the right decision. As the implant is bigger and less existing tissue, I think this is why this one is taking a little longer to drop. I’m only almost 3 weeks post op though and it’s completely exceeded my expectations already!!
As mentioned, no real proper pain as such, more so discomfort, sharp pains as my feeling returns and around the incision area days 7-14ish, some pulling feelings and sunburn like feeling over the boobs and nipples as they drop. I’m certain that a few weeks from now I’ll feel totally normal. I’m already back to normal life though treading carefully with some stuff eg when showering, if I shave my legs, I do think sometimes that they might fall off my chest haha.
All in all, best money ever spent, it’s given me everything I wanted out of a breast augmentation and more. I honestly can’t wait to see how they settle more in the weeks and months to come. They are the gift that keeps on giving!! I’m posting this because I couldn’t find many people with boobies like mine who then went on to have overs. Hope this helps someone :)

Awesome results! Which doctor?
Dr Adam Sawyer (UK / South Coast)
Did he do a tuberous breast augmentation at all? Did he talk to you about that?
Hi, nothing was ever discussed in terms of the type of breasts I had however prior to the surgery when drawing up he discussed with me doing a few technical bits to my left breast in order to ensure my nipple sat flat against the implant.
Also my nipples change a lot in terms of size/shape dependant on temperature etc so don’t appear tuberous for example when I’m cold lol!
