Preop and Before Photos
My preop was on 24th. I cannot go as big as my goal photo in one surgery because I do not have enough breast tissue. The dr. told me he will go as big as he can, but realistically it will be in the 400cc range. I have some before photos... I will go on Nov 8. I guess if I still feel they're not big enough I will wait a bit and plan another surgery to go larger. Either way will be happy to no longer have my 'before' sized boobs.

The girl in my goal photo has 700 cc saline. I am getting silicone. I asked Dr. Pousti to go as big as he can fit. My preop is tomorrow. I will update then and add my 'before' photos.

nipple, I think. Yes, I love that size, but unfortunately won't be able to go that big in one surgery :(
That's too bad... I was always wondering what is the biggest dr can do through the armpit.
