I love my boobs! They feel great and look great and no issues with anything (pull ups feel a little weird but otherwise completely back to exercising).
Only thing I’m still dealing with is my scars are still pretty red and my nipples still are basically numb except for pain sensors. And my boobs are still pretty firm.
Really really happy with my results and only wish I had done this sooner! Happy with the size I chose and the recovery was a breeze!

3 months out and feeling great!
lucky_emMarch 11, 2021
It’s been a little over 3 months and it’s crazy to say but sometimes I forget I had surgery. Boobs feels completely normal and like I’ve always had them.
No issues with exercise or lifting or anything. My scars are still a little red but that should fade in time.
Overall super pleased with my results!
I still have a little boob greed and wish I had gone 450-500cc but not enough that I will get another surgery. And probably if they were bigger I might wish them different too. I can still fit into my small and xsmall clothes and small sports bras. Never got fitted for a bra but I ordered a 32C online and it seems a little small.
I loved my plastic surgeon and this whole experience has been great! Recovery was SO MUCH EASIER than I anticipated! The biggest issue was me being worried about messing them up somehow or splitting my stitches.
Can’t wait to wear some bikinis this summer!
Also I had a freak out about a month ago that my boobs were bottoming out but then I calmed down and realized they were fine ????

Wow, what amazing results. Your photos look great!

They look SO good. Did you do under or over the muscle? (I tried to look back at your notes but I didn't see what you ended up with.) These are the most natural unders I've ever seen especially on a small frame. You're giving me hope!

Ha! I have too many old updates when I was stressing about the surgery! I did 385 cc smooth round under the muscle. Really happy with my results and with the entire process! Was easier recovery than I thought it would be and I feel totally normal now! I was having boob greed for a minute and wishing I had gone bigger but now I'm totally fine with the size I chose. I love them!

What’s your height snd weight? I was considering 375’s myself. Yours look great.

I'm 5'4 and about 128 lbs. Before surgery I was 120 lbs but I gained a bit and it's been hard to lose. I love my boobs! Sometimes I wish I had gone slightly bigger but overall just really pleased.

Job well done, you must be very happy, and have fun shopping for new tops.

6 weeks out- time to exercise!
lucky_emJanuary 19, 2021
Friday was 6 weeks. Feeling great! Started running again this weekend. 3 miles yesterday, 6 miles today! Just wore a really tight sports bra and it was fine. I haven’t really exercised since my surgery and been eating poorly, I’m up almost 10 lbs! I’m sure it will come off when I get back into my routine.
I even went on a trampoline! And I was fine.
Boobs absolutely feel part of me and I love them. Nipples still don’t feel great to be touched. And my scars are pretty red. I got some scar tape from Amazon and hopefully that will help!
Honestly sometimes I forget what my boobs looked like before. These feel like mine!

Oh well, I was wondering when I would be able to go back to sport but reading that you started again at week 6 gives me the feeling that I could have started earlier as I am almost at week 9 now :) (but the rain outside doesn't give me a lot of motivation for a run, I have to admit :))

Hi your results look great! Can I ask how what type of implant and how many cc you ended up going with
February 23, 2021
She got 385 full/high profile. I don't think she says the brand name, but I suspect they are Natrelle Inspira, since Natrelle's full profile implants come in 385 cc and 415 cc and those were the two sizes she was considering (see Nov 13 2020 update). I would also be curious if they were Inspira and if she got responsive, softtouch or cohesive implants.

Ha! I have no idea! Just know they were 385 high profile smooth round!
They feel pretty soft now but if I was to do it over again I would have gone a little bigger. So funny because I was so stressed about going too big.

I think she posted a pic of her implant card w/serial #s. I would be listed on there (the brand name). It's blue if I remember correctly which is Natrelle/Allergan

My doc says vit E rubbed directly on the scar will help with the redness.
February 28, 2021
Awesome! I will try this! I was doing scar tape for a bit but got lazy about it.

The scars go through an angry phase and become pretty red during that time. My PS recommended Cocoa Butter w/Vit E. I alternated that with Bio-oil. I found the silicone strips made my scars even more irritated/red/itchy. Good luck.

Good to know! My scars are super red but it's only been 3 months. I think by 6 months they should be better. I'll try coco butter and vitamin E!
