I had my one week follow up at my plastic surgery center today. Everything looks good, I seem to be healing well. The last few days I have felt the same amount of soreness, I'm hoping it eases soon. I've pretty much quit the prescription pain medication now, they have made me constipated and therefore nauseous. And the laxatives I was prescribed for that have worked but I still feel sick from it. I also have new surgery tape on my incisions that will be left on for 1 more week, then I can use my scar treatment cream.

I'm still sore and dont need as many pain meds to get through the day. I would say days 2 and 3 were the worst but still not bad if you stay on top of your medication. Ice packs are a life saver. I have noticed today my arms are more mobile and I cant wait to be able to sleep on my side once again.

i'm a 32AA and ur before pic is a lot smaller than mine (hope that doesn't sound rude i'm not meaning it to come across that way!) but my surgeon says i won't be able to go 400cc as i'm to small? rlly not wanting to go the sizes he's recommended which he originally said 325cc and i asked to go bigger but he said i could only go 350cc at a push but i don't get that? surely it should fit? hope ur doing well tho! they look good so far :)
No offense taken! It really depends on the diameter of your breast. Mine measured 12cm so looking at his chart I could have went up to 500cc but he said my nipples wouldn't be centered. If you can find out what the diameter of your breast is from your surgeon you can look at the chart sizes of the brand of implant he uses and see what you could fit.

400cc Ultra High Profile (UHP) Mentor Implants
Hello everyone, I had my consultation in August and scheduled my surgery date for 9/28/21. I went with the biggest implant I could get for my measurements that my Plastic Surgeon recommended. I started out as a 30a. My underbust measures 29in and the diameter of my breasts were 12cm. I am only a few days out from surgery so I'm not yet sure what bra size I will be yet. I'm 5'8 and 140 pounds.
