Always wanted to do this.
Pics taken before and 1 week after surgery.
400cc Silicone under muscle
Pain was not as bad as feared! Took pain meds 2days
Now I am 12 days pot op and only a little sore where incision is under boobs.
They should drop and fluff soon!?? Does anyone know how long it took for boob to drop

It takes 3-6 weeks to drop and fluff and to settle around 3-6 months.
