400 cc silicone gel. Under the muscle
I Breastfed my three kids and wanted to get the volume back! I ended up going with 400cc silicone gel implants placed under the muscle with an under the boob incision. I absolutely love them!! Sometimes I wish I would have went larger, but I'm happy with what I have an they look so good!
My surgeon was Dr. Papillion and he made the entire process really simple and straightforward. He was always available to talk and responded to all of my emails within minutes.
Recovery was a little more painful than I had anticipated. I couldn't use my upper body for anything! I couldn't even open my own medicine bottles! I also didn't expect the muscle spasms I had. Those went away around 2-3 weeks. My left boob incision hurt for the first 4 weeks. I am now 8 months post op and I feel completely normal. Boobs are SO SQUISHY! I'm amazed at how real they feel. My only regret is with size, but I have read that most women say that. Overall I am so happy with my results.
