I noticed discharge coming from one of my incisions, Dr. Mata had me come in and removed some of the sutures/glue around it. Just need to keep up with the antibacterial soap and Neosporin. He’s great at getting you seen quick so you’re not confused about anything!

1st Post op appointment
Funny3539March 9, 2020
Hi! So today I had my post op appointment, Dr. Mata said that I’m healing really well. We both were really impressed on how great my breast were looking, especially since they were tuberous before. I have great range of motion and little to no pain. My nipples feel somewhat stingy, and I get some shooting pains but they don’t last long. I’d say my recovery is going great! I will say that I’ve done a good amount of relaxing and moving around, so I think that helps. I’m so happy with everything and I think tomorrow I’m going to hop on to my work computer to start easing my way back to my job. Yay!

Not feeling too bad

Ok I will be the first to admit that my boobs look scary BUT I did cry for joy when I saw them. I know that they are going to look worse before they look better, but just seeing my breasts have a round shape was enough to make me head over heels.
I’m very stiff and sore, and as you can see I bruised quite a bit. However, I’m not in as much pain as I thought I’d be in (thank you painkillers). I’m about to take a shower to lightly wash myself.
I did call Dr. Mata today to just make sure I was doing everything correctly. Luckily he’s nice enough to chat on a Saturday. I’m really happy he’s so personable, would recommend him 10/10.
